We had a good stay here, for the most part. The staff was lovely, unfailingly helpful and courteous. We did not have a balcony in the room, so it was a bit darker than we like, but otherwise pleasant. Comfortable bed and bath, but no WiFi in the room. Other amenities were a sauna, which I couldn’t get to be hot, an indoor pool and an extensive outdoor pool that was very refreshing. The restaurant had a decent brunch- only had dinner once as there were other places we wanted to try. One morning we made a reservation to tour the nearby caves - that was a delightful tour, different from the other production wineries we visited. Ucanha is also an interesting town with Roman architecture.

This is a beautiful hotel surrounded by the most beautiful countryside with the magnificent Douro River just along the road. Unfortunately we were only here for one night but in all my years and on all my travels I have never found more friendly and welcoming staff. They simply couldn't have made us feel more at home. We will undoubtedly return.

Uma experiência inesquecível. Um atendimento excelente. Paisagem idílica, piscina interior e exterior fantásticas. A sauna e banho turco nas temperaturas perfeitas. São permitidos animais de estimação e isso para nós é uma mais valia. Sem dúvida, a repetir num futuro próximo.

Fabuloso hotel, serviço muito gentil, impecável, preocupado e cordial! Ambiente excelente, paisagem deslumbrante. Tudo muito, muito bom! Experimentámos as piscinas ao ar livre - amplas e apetitosas, n tivemos tempo p ir à interior, mas oferta n falta. Recomendadíssimo!

Atendimento excelente Localização excelente Local sossegado junto da natureza Perfeito para relaxar e descontrair Quarto super limpo e cómodo Excelente cama , colchão maravilhoso Pequeno almoço com muita variedade ( fruta , iogurtes, pão, ovos mexidos , bacon , sumo , bolos , cereais, croissant, pão, queijo... Tudo do bom e do melhor) - Piscina poderia ter a água mais limpa (insetos mortos) - Bar da piscina excelente ( a melhor salada de massa de camarão que já comi com preços muito acessíveis ) EM GERAL RECOMENDO , ADOREI. UM FIM DE SEMANA É SUFICIENTE

- Hotel escolhido especificamente pela opção de SPA, mas equipamentos do ginásio não funcionavam e serviço de massagens não está ativo, apesar de darem a informação ENGANOSA de que não haveria vagas - foi enviado e-mail previamente para marcação de massagens (não respondido), quando questionámos sobre as mesmas referiram “que já estava tudo cheio para o fim de semana”, incluindo segunda-feira (passei pelo SPA várias vezes para confirmar a informação, nunca vi ninguém, a não ser na piscina interior). - Ar condicionado do quarto não funcionava, aquecedor do quarto não funcionava, casa de banho sem toalheiros de mãos. - Pequeno almoço do fim de semana muito mais variado e fresco do que ao dia da semana. O hotel servirá apenas para um retiro no verão, dada a localização rural e as grandes piscinas exteriores. Não recomendado para as estações mais frias.

A estadia foi muito agradável, apesar do tempo que não ajudou ao funcionamento do Hotel devido a raios que literalmente caíram no hotel... mas acabou por correr tudo bem. O pequeno almoço é muito bom. Os funcionários são muito simpáticos.

Espaço calmo e agradável.
As instalações estavam limpas e cuidadas.
Apenas se sentia falta de assistência na área das piscinas. O bar da piscina só abriu uma vez durante a estadia.
