Escogí la casa situada en la calle Real, 1 por su excelente ubicación. El resto un desastre: - Humedad y mal olor. - Suciedad - Cada estancia en un piso. 48 escalones para subir a la segunda habitación. - Frío. Los radiadores no funcionan. Aire acondicionado con bomba de calor y un calentador en los baños lo que provoca que salte el automático de la luz constantemente. Instalación eléctrica vieja e insuficiente. - Puertas chirriantes, escasez de menaje y de elementos básicos tales como un simple mantel, escurrecubiertos, repisa en el baño... - Muebles viejos, desvencijados y escasísimos, contraventanas por las que se cuela el aire y el ruido, pues da a una calle llena de bares. Cortinas que arrastran o no llegan. - Falta una funda en uno de los edredones. La relación calidad/precio, muy mala. No me fui porque suponía renunciar a mis vacaciones.
