Lovely clean room on check in with friendly and helpful owner. Great place to stay in Taupo. Room was well equipped and bed was very comfortable. Close to lakefront walk and quick drive to supermarket and cafes/restaurants . Would definitely stay here again.

This was a great place to stay, just outside the town, which was a short easy drive to get to. We only had one night here, but could have stayed longer. The washing machine and dryer was all free and they also provided powder, although we had brought our own with us. When we were there the plums on the tree had just ripened and we were allowed to take some, which was really nice. Close to Huka Falls and Aratiiatia Rapids, that releases water a few times a day and a real must to see. Also close by is Otumuheke stream, which is a free hot pool in the river, absolutely brilliant.

Great location for a lake walk to admire the sunset. Cozy clean room but with a tiny shower. Welcoming host.

Access to a spa in the case of bad weather. Very friendly staff, nothing is ever a bother for them :-)
I LOVED the lake house, the view over the lake, and the restaurant just accross the street. There is a trampoline for kids too
