Such a sanctuary! The place is cosy, the food is substantial, and the staff are friendly and helpful. I will definitely return.

If you want an Old English experience, then this is the place to be. Nice beer garden with cheap drinks at the bar. Close to a park and many shops and restaurants. I would stay here again.

Nice cozy room in the attic. Newly refurbished rooms, clean and warm. Try not to bring large luggage as the staircase up to the attic was rather narrow.

Vriendelijk personeel, schone maar eenvoudige accommodatie met geweldige douche en comfortabel bed. Alles wat u nodig heeft voor een kort verblijf.

Er was maar één personeelslid dat alles regelde en er kwam niemand naar ons toe. Uiteindelijk ging ik iemand zoeken. We waren geboekt voor 3 volwassenen. Er was één tweepersoonsbed. Matras veel te zacht. De douches maakten een vreselijk geluid, dat overal in de gang te horen was. We kregen geen upgrade aangeboden voor het ontbijt. De waterkoker in de kamer zat vol vuil. Toen we weggingen was er niemand om de kamersleutel achter te laten, alleen een bericht met de mededeling dat er 10 kosten in rekening werden gebracht voor het niet achterlaten van de sleutel. Uiteindelijk hebben we de sleutel achter de bar in de tuin achtergelaten, konden niet wachten om eruit te komen

Did exactly what was expected, great location for Twickenham stadium and perfect at the price point. If you are looking for premium hotel or close to central London look elsewhere but for well priced accommodation for a rugby match at Twickenham it would be hard to beat.

Stayed for two nights for the purposes of transiting through the area. It’s a nice pub but the accommodation is average. Comfortable bed and nice staff (especially the Ukrainian house keeper). The room was tiny and windowless but the main issue was the noise - every sound from elsewhere in the building is amplified into the room and made for two very poor nights’ sleep. Set expectations accordingly.

Room was well heated and very clean and the high street was just 5 mins walk away with plenty of good places to eat. But the room itself was very very small and the whole floor was very very creaky - person next door moved about quite a lot which meant it was non-stop creaky noise for almost an hour! No breakfast included and the room was not ensuite - so overpriced in my opinion.
