Great view of the bay, quiet, and friendly staff. No direct beach access but only a short walk away.

The property is a little run down and the one dining option that is available has terrible wait service. The options are limited as well as accommodation is awful. I had to switch rooms because of several reasons to list. I would not recommend unless you mind sleeping with spiders and other bugs. Beautiful view of the water though.

The price is right and convenient for a quick overnight layover as the airport is right next door. The staff was fantastic and friendly and the grounds were absolutely clean. The poor place just needs an infusion of cash, like 30 million. The infrastructure is aged, almost out of existence. The maintenance crew is obviously doing the best they can to keep it operational, especially since a lot of damage was done by the 2017 hurricane. The place has a great setting perched up on a hill overlooking Lindburg Bay, the villas are even higher up with amazing views but limited privacy with shared sitting porches. It was a gem at one time, hopefully someone will take it in a new direction.

Great location and view from balcony, staff very helpful, good beach bar dining open from 7:30 am - 9:00 pm. Very challenging set up for anyone who needs assistance with luggage. No bell staff or even luggage carts, no elevator some buildings up hill especially villas with significant uphill climb. No bathtub mats or safety rails, very few plugs for user electronics (i had to unplug lamps to plug in chargers). TV only 4 channels with very static reception.No phone in room.
Best for very fit, with limited luggage and want to walk to airport (just 10 min away). I wouldn't stay here again.

We stayed March 7-12. We had a family of 4, upon arrival very helpful. As our stay continued the housekeeping was terrible one bed made not the other. Always was left 3 towels, 3 washcloths and had a family of 4. Nothing wiped down, nothing restocked. Toilet leaked like crazy. Tv did not work at all. Last day room wasn’t cleaned no replenishment, asked about towels and toilet paper very rude about getting more. Restaurant at property was terrible, and rude. Took over 2 hours for dinner. Customer service was also very, very rude.

It was in a great location for airport. Could not access beach. The patio door lock broke. It was clean. Staff was friendly.

Hotel is walking distance from airport, so very convenient. Rooms are not up to date. Shower did not have knob. Had to change room because of that. Nice balcony view. A/C fan was very loud. I personally would not recommend this hotel.

It was in need of update. we only needed it one night stay. close to airport. no food in area so would have been nice to have food there available.

Although it’s very close to the airport, it’s quiet in the evening. Easy access to taxis. Clean rooms. Excellent housekeeping staff.
