The Ramayana Hotel, Ayodhya

Great hotel in Ayodhya for families. Really good service and restaurant is amazing.

No one is picking calls for any enquiries, its seems that hotel is more busy and engaged with their inhouse clients.... They are not focused on new clients. They don't have any reservation desk, FOM is not bothered to do that. Thanks for your Bad response.

We spent two nights to find the property very hospitable, excellent food at Naivedyam restaurant and overall ambiance. Restaurant manager took extra care to get the dish made to our taste. Big thanks to him. New hotel with beautiful finishing and design. Lots of open space for post-dinner stroll. The bell-boy Raj Kumar is a guide too. Small irritants though, like the front office guys don’t return the change and don’t even mention it. One doesn’t mind tipping but they shouldn’t take us for granted. One suggestion- they should arrange someone for washing the car, of course on payment basis. It doesn’t take much effort and one guy gets some money too.

Excellent customer service. Highly delited with the staff behaviour and their support to the guest. I went ***** with the family, Entire hotel staff especially Mr. Himanshu & Mr. Surya supports us in all possible manners beyond expectations. The good part of the hotel is its location, close to Ram Janambhoomi. Food is authentic & worth for money. Highly recommended to visit ***** with Family.

The ramayana the which is in ayodhya is a star hotel .Rooms are best and the food's quality is also great but the service is worst because my trolley was exchanged with someone else and they said we were the responsible for that and he didn't took a single step for finding our trolley exactly he said "go ask in each room" and we found it at 11PM There was only one room boy so he asked each person is this your bag and he gave without checking the room number tag though we said our correctly he exchanged and gave it to someone else my grandmother found it we asked in each room and today morning he said me to type ratings

I have booked the room and paid in advance due to some personal issues I have cancelled the booking and the same has been intimated. The booking team said we would do the refund in in few days. and It was done on the prompt. Mr. Surya has followed and made sure that the amount is refunded.

Terrible hygiene - Bedsheets and pillow covers of both rooms we checked into had not been changed from previous guests ! They were completely wrinkled , dirty and full of hair ! The rooms hadn’t been cleaned at all …. We could see dirt and dust every where - on the floor , cupboards , tv stands , electric kettle ! Untrained staff - the staff was super polite but I doubt they have received much training in hospitality ! When we asked for room fresheners ( yes there was smell in the rooms ) , their staff sprayed some kind of pink liquid all over the room and did not bother to wipe the droplets before leaving 🤦🏻‍♀️ One can see that the owners have put in a lot of work in building the hotel which has modern amenities and infrastructure ! It has the potential of becoming a very good hotel but service and hygiene really needs to be taken care of ! Washrooms were very very compact !

Very good hotel. Situated on main highway approaching Ayodhyaji. Very good food. Some room service issues. Very good ambiance. Very huge parking. Pure vegetarian restaurant. Very good lobby. Very cooperative staff. Morning breakfast is of very good variety.

We booked 8 Executive Rooms. All rooms are nice. The whole property is very clean and nice. Staff is polite. They loosed one star In this review because the food was not as per our expectations. They are away from town so you won’t get anything nearby. Good car parking area. Beautiful garden with colour ful flowers make this property more beautiful. I recommend this property for stay.
