Dragut Point North Hotel - All Inclusive

We boekten een kamer met zeezicht en balkon, we kregen geen van beide! Probeerde het uit te leggen bij de receptie, maar kon niemand ertoe brengen het te begrijpen. De kamer was als een schoenendoos zonder bewegingsruimte en nergens om spullen op te bergen. Geen entertainment en de bar was in het restaurant als je het geluk had iemand te laten begrijpen wat je bestelde, eten was ook eenvoudig, hoewel de hamburgers tijdens de snack ok waren. Hotel was in een prachtig deel van de stad direct aan zee, jammer van de voorzieningen.

Klacht na klacht ben ik bang, van bijna geen eten, messen en vorken, agitprop con en lift werken niet, kamers zijn zo groot als een postzegel, onbeschoft personeel moet de slechtste plek zijn die mijn vrouw en ik hebben meegemaakt, geboekt het zoals ik het op de website zag en mijn fout ging over beoordelingen en het kwam naar voren als Dragut South, dat op 100 meter afstand ligt, maar daar heb je geen toegang toe, en het heeft geen sportschool waarvoor het adverteert. Het enige goede is dat het een eigen strand heeft, wat leuk was

Voor een hotel dat rustig nieuw is, was het slecht onderhouden eten was oké, maar niet geëtiketteerd, dus je had geen idee wat het niet goed was met betrekking tot eten Allergieën GEEN entertainment geen sinaasappelsap zonder boter GEEN mini-bar Ik heb niet de hele vakantiekamer geslapen 323 koste wat het kost eivormig alles wat je de hele nacht kunt horen is dat de airco-generator gevraagd wordt om verplaatst te worden had geen andere kamers beschikbaar dan kwam er een kamer ze hebben het niet eens schoongemaakt voordat ze het ons lieten zien Ik zou dit hotel niet aanraden

This hotel is the dirtiest most run down hotel I’ve ever stayed in. It advertised its sister hotels rooms as its own. The toilet/ shower rooms are crawling with filth and decay. House keeping us non existent and complaints are met with indifference. This was a horrible experience. Pool side also dirty and the poolside toilets can only be described as urine sodden. Please don’t choose this hotel if you select Turgutreis.

The pillow and bedsheets had Staines. There were finger nails on the floor. One of the waiters asked me where I was from I responded London. The waiter made a gesture of someone being hung by the neck and said “the queen is dead” and laughed. Which I found very offensive. The same waiter did not apologise. Very shocking.

Beautiful location but the property isn't run very well. I requested a quiet room and the check-in staff said he was gonna take care of me - gave me a room right in front of the elevator. The A/C didn't work in that room (apparently they were aware of it and gave me that room nonetheless) so I requested a new room but had to wait an hour and a half for the manager to take a look. Finally checked in to a suitable room 2 hours after arriving. Wasted most of my free time there as my stay was for one day only.

From the outside hotel looks fabulous however it has a lot of down points the rooms are clean our particular room the bathroom was small the curtains Have been pulled down at some point and never been put back on the rail and the wardrobe doors are falling of the runners A relatively new hotel that’s disappointing when you go to dine you don’t know what you’re eating the food isn’t labelled you have to look for knives and forks they say that they do an afternoon snack but the food is always cold while we’ve been here there was no wine only beer no spirits other than vodka and no fresh orange juice just apple juice for an all inclusive hotel it has been very disappointing the pool area is okay there’s not enough seating area for the amount of people in the hotel to sit on an evening however there’s no entertainment so people don’t stay to drink at the free bar they end up going to main town which benefits this hotel that’s why they don’t have anything for you to drink and that’s why they don’t have the entertainment so you will go up into the main town to be honest it’s better than the hotel we were originally booked in and I can’t fault the bed is very clean and that’s all I wanted was a clean bed but I will never book here again in fact after 12 years of coming to Turgutres I won’t be coming again after this experience not with this hotel with but with moonlight which we was originally booked in and then having to pay stupid amount of money to stay here while it is a better hotel it is certainly not worth the amount we paid the supposed to stop the food at 10 stop it at nine that’s evening meal supposed to do soup at 11 I’ve never seen them do that that’s the late arrivals as well as for the afternoon snack today was cold chips and cold kebab that’s it oh and a bit of pizza bread and a free glass of beer if you drink beer other people will say they’ve had a fantastic time at this particular hotel maybe because they’re in the supreme suits where the views are absolutely spectacular and the rooms are huge but I’ve been in a lot of budget class hotels in Turgutres over the years And never had a reason to complain I’ve even been in some of the best hotels in Turgutres the top end and again never had to complain but this time so disappointed
