The sea view room is perfect! The room is clean and cozy. Restaurants nearby were really expensive but worth it! The staff is friendly.

Amazing hotel. Amazing service. Amazing food. It has exceeded all of our expectations. 10 stars! Will definitely be coming back. The staff is amazing, always trying to accommodate you at the best level. . The decor, cleanliness and atmosphere makes you wanna stay there forever. We love la zebra. Great price as well. Makes is extremely reasonable. Thank you for your hospitality and amazing time in Tulum.

This property is located in the sweet spot on the main ***** in Tulum where it is quiet enough on the beach side that you don't hear too much loud noises yet it is walkable to all the main attractions, restaurants, and shopping. The staff was very accommodating and it is simply just a haven tucked in Tulum. We did the complimentary Mezcal tasting by the beachfront. Our room was amazing...a stone throw to the beach which also came with a private cabana that we can use any time during our stay. Overall this hotel is great for relaxing and enjoying the ocean view. 5 STARS!

The service is really bad for a small luxury hotel, you have to go to order, they don't come back to pick up your glasses or plates. The staff is not helpful at all, anything you may ask or request is a NO for an answer. The rooms are nice but be aware of the bad service.

From checking in to checking out, everything was perfect! Front desk is extremely nice and helpful.
Our room was beyond amazing! We had a plunge pool ocean view room, which is literally on the water. We did not even need flip flops to walk around. You walk out of the patio and step into the ocean.
Room was very big, everything is eco friendly.

Incredible experience from the staff in the parking, to the check-in attention and all individuals we interacted with (e.g. - bar, restaurant, room service etc.). This is a great hotel that provides a superb experience to guests. Will be coming back...
