Ramada by Wyndham Tukwila Southcenter

Pluspunten: zeer mooi ingericht hotel, met warm personeel van de receptie. Het bed was heerlijk comfortabel en ik hield van de gootsteen en magnetronvoorzieningen! Kamer leek schoon en mooi. Gemakkelijke pendeldienst naar de luchthaven. NADELEN: onze sleutels werkten niet en we gingen terug voor nieuwe. De t****e set werkte maar er was al iemand anders in de kamer! Eek! We kregen een andere kamer en dat was prima, maar vanmorgen opende iemand anders (gast? Schoonmaakpersoneel?) onze deur zonder te kloppen en was verrast ons te zien. Eeek weer! Het personeel was beschaamd en verontschuldigde zich. Voormalig personeel heeft de sleutels en kamertoewijzingen totaal verpest, zo lijkt het. Hopelijk slechts een eenmalig probleem. Maar pas op en doe je deur dubbel op slot en zet je privacy alsjeblieft meld je aan! Het ontbijt bestaat uit ontbijtgranen, bagels, sap, bananen, sinaasappels en gezoete yoghurtproducten. Ik ben glutenvrij en probeer veel suiker te vermijden, dus ik ben kieskeurig, maar een eiwit zoals een paar hardgekookte eieren en snaarkaas zou zo lekker zijn. Ik heb een banaan gegeten. De lobby en de ontbijtruimte werden schoongemaakt met sterk ruikende chemicaliën terwijl we om 8.30 uur aan het ontbijt zaten. Er zijn zoveel veiligere opties beschikbaar! Ik moedig het hotel aan om geurvrij te gaan en EPA-gecertificeerde Safer Choice-producten te gebruiken die minder giftig zijn voor mensen.

Excellent location, not far from airport, but no airplane flight above and no noise, about 0.2 mile to highway entrance, no car noise. very close to shopping center and many restaurants. room is very clean and cleaned up everyday. Breakfast has many choices. Coffee is good. Parking lot is very large and secure. Hotel staff are very friendly. Highly recommended to stay in this hotel.

Very nice and helpful staff but hotel is a bit old. The stay was overall fine. A small road behind the hotel allows you to walk your dog.

kinda smelled weird but the front desk was sooo nice and the room was comfy

I would never recommend this hotel to anyone. We had to put up a security deposit that I have never had to do before, they charged $274 on my credit card in addition to the deposit, denied the charges, tried to blame the 3rd party billing and forced me to cancel my credit card due to their fraudulent charges, customers were complaining of the rooms not being clean, and as we were going to our room, every other corner had stacks of dirty towels and sheets lined up in the hallway.(which I have photos of) I was totally surprised that with the name "Ramanda by Wydham that this hotel comes even close to the standards the name represents. Our trip started 5/10/23 and booked the return stay for 5/18. This happened on the first stay and was too late for us to cancel the return stay. Regards, Patricia West

The room we were assigned was in rough shape. The TV wasn't working, there was no shower curtain in the bathroom, and the mattress was old & uncomfortable. On top of all that, we could not connect to the internet and were told that the hotel's router would have to be reset, which in the time we had to check on it never occurred as far as I could tell.

Safe area compared to the disaster that is Seattle! Short walk to Westfield shopping Centre. Wendy’s Taco Bell 7/11 nearby. Pool is unusable.. no restaurant and no snack machine as stated

The location is awesome, only a 3 minute drive to South center, it's a little dated hotel, staff was nice, breakfast was ok

Very good staff. So friendly and helpful. They are always open and they are all good with us all day and they have to be there all the time
