Terme Tuhelj Hotel Well

Nice Hotel, good food with a wide variety of dishes, rooms with all the usually required amenities and cleanliness above any reproach.. We were there with an organized tour so can't say a lot regarding the price and whether it is a good value. Only point we'd have liked to improve is its location as it is far from Zagreb and therefore not adequate for those who want to visit Zagreb and its surrounding (like us). This is the reason of this 4 star instead of 5 star rating, but it is not this Hotel problem, it is our tour's organizers. Bottom line, we enjoyed a lot this hotel and recommend it for those who have a car and want to tour the country while having a good resort to enjoy its facilities and food.

The hotel is quite okay. The rooms are clean and cleaned daily, The food is good, but sometimes not as hot as it should be and can be repetitive. Great thing is that you can go to the aquapark strate from hotel in robe. If you go there for 2-3 days it's ok. longer stay will be borring. Sometimes in the mansion - restaurant behind the Hotel there are loud parties till midnigth unfortunatly. Good hotel for undemanding people

Wir haben hier drei Nächte verbracht. Die Anreise vom Flughafen Zagreb mit dem Mietwagen war einfach. Wir sind auf einem Samstagnachmittag angekommen. Es gab so gut wie keine Parkplätze. Ein kostenpflichtiger Parkplatz in der Tiefgarage wurde uns gar nicht angeboten. Der Empfang war freundlich. Die Beschilderung der Zimmer ist etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig, da die erste Zahl der Zimmernummer für den Trakt steht und nicht das Stockwerk. Wir hatten zwei schöne Zimmer mit einem wirklich tollen Bad. Leider fand während unseres Aufenthalts ein Kongress statt und während der Pausen zog der Zigarettenqualm direkt in unser Zimmer. Leider hat die Klimaanlage nicht funktioniert. Obwohl wir „bitte nicht stören“ aktiviert hatten, wurde das Zimmer dennoch betreten und gereinigt. Das Zimmer verfügt über eine Minibar und im Fernsehen gibt es eine Handvoll deutschsprachige Sender. Das Abendessen und das Frühstück erfolgt in Buffetform. Am Samstagabend war die Auswahl sehr groß, aufgrund einer geringeren Zahl an den folgenden Tagen war auch die Auswahl am Buffet eingeschränkt. Das angeschlossene Bad ist eigentlich kein Thermalbad. Es ist ein „Spaßbad“. Die verschiedenen Pools werden zwar mit Thermalwasser gespeist, es ist jedoch in der Schwimmhalle so laut (insbesondere durch schreiende Kinder), das kein Erholungseffekt eintritt. Wir haben eine Massage mit Heilschlamm in Anspruch genommen. Das Personal im Spa ist sehr freundlich und professionell. Insgesamt ist es ein schönes Hotel, jedoch kein Thermalbad für Erholungssuchende.

Great hotel with excellent service! The hotel is connected to the spa. The food is of excellent quality. All recommendations for this hotel especially for families with smaller and larger children! We'll come back!

First, their prices have nothing to do with the service they offer. Overnight stay with breakfast for two adults and one child was 240eur. The hotel has remained in the Yugoslavian style, the rooms are awful (the old part), the carpets on the floor are dirty and full of stains, the remains of killed mosquitoes on the walls, the bed for a small child is uncomfortable. So it's a criminal place. The food is very bad, we were at lunch and the only thing worth it were fries. The staff is rude, we came earlier as they said we could and when the reception says go to the pools, I'll let you know to prepare towels for you. We come down, when she almost got ripped off at me that they didn't have any towels for us and almost told me I was lying. I go back to the reception and she gives me towels after I went up and down. The pools are full, for this money the pools should be open exclusively for hotel guests. To drink coffee in the hotel cafe, we waited 45 minutes for the waitress to come to us at all. The only positive thing is that the child was happy because of the slide in the pool. Certainly never again, overpriced and inflated price compared to the offer they have.

Ho soggiornato per tre notti nella stanza 1002(già segnalata in altre recensioni)! Questa stanza si trova vicino al magazzino degli attrezzi delle pulizie, e alle 5 il persona le si trovava li per iniziare il lavoro svegliando tutti!Pulizie inesistenti, sono stati ripiegati solo i piumoni,e i cuscini avevano ancora le impronte delle nostre teste.Lavabo del bagno mai pulito e il cestino delle immondizie mai vuotato! Controlli per la prevenzione Covid inesistenti! Il termoscanner all'entrata non viene usato! All'interno della struttura la maggior parte degli ospiti gira senza mascherina!Nella sala da pranzo nessuno rispetta le distanze al buffet! Nell'unica sauna aperta c'erano 15 persone dove il limite era di 9! Nessuno controlla!La piscina interna era sovraffollata, e anche qui la distanza di 1,5m richiesta non era rispettata!Albergo non adatto a chi cerca un pò di relax!

Una struttura molto bella. L'albergo molto bello e comodo. La pulizia di tutta la struttura si trova a un livello molto alto. Una richezza dei cibi offerti con i sapori deliziosi. Le piscine sono grandi e con acqua gradevole. La zona con le saune molto bella, pensata per un bel rilassamento. Una cosa brillante sono i programmi che si gratuitamente offrono in una delle saune ogni ora.

Hotel w częściej 4 gwiazdkowej jest Ok.Pokoje duże i nowoczesne .Wybraliśmy opcje all inclusive light czyli śniadanie ,obiad,kolacje wraz z napojami podczas posiłków z alkoholi wina i piwo.W pokojach klimatyzacja działa bez zarzutu natomiast w pozostałych częściach z oszczędności nie włączają przez to zejście na jakikolwiek posiłek przypomina wejście do sauny😰na basenach mnóstwo ludzi wiec lezaki trzeba zająć po 8.00.Wszędzie dozownikiem jest palenie papierosów wiec nawet w basenach to robią.Śniadanie w godzinach 7.00-8.30😒
