Most of the housekeeping and restaurant staff were customer-service oriented. Surprisingly, the front desk staff were not.

We had a great stay at ****** del Sol. They maintain cleanliness in all areas of the hotel. The restaurant options were great. We had dinner at the PY Steakhouse, great food and service. The only downside was their system was down for 4 days when we checked in, so key card was not available and every time we go to our room we’ll have to ask a staff to walk us to our room, and cash basis only in most restaurants inside the hotel. Other than that it was a great stay!

Although the computer systems were down resulting in inability to prepare keys and unable to take credit cards the staff were pleasant and did their best to make our stay a positive experience. We will return!

Internet was down, we had to be escorted to our room any time we wanted access to it. The staff was great, but the phones weren’t working. Internet was vague about delays in service. Cash only for everything. Had to go off site to have dinner because we only brought money to gamble. Bingo was closed. I’ve stayed before and it was perfect, but I’m very disappointed this time. Probably going to try out of town the next time I want a staycation.

Our second time there. Property is lovely, however we did not find staff very friendly compared to a previous visit in 2017.

We were unable to stay at the resort due to the fact that their network was down without any reliable projection from management as to when it would be back up and running. Additionally, we discovered that they had charged our one night stay to our credit card TWO days BEFORE we were scheduled to arrive. When we arrived to check in, all the front desk staff would convey is that they could not check us in and they didn't have any idea when they would be able too. They were further evasive as to whether we would be receiving a credit for the one night stay we were unable to receive. Beautiful place (I guess from what you can see from the check-in lobby) but not well managed.

My husband played a round of golf here last year and wanted to stay this year for his birthday. What an amazing place! So clean and such awesome staff from start to finish. We had a fantastic time. Thank you for making my hubs birthday a memorable one. 💖
