Please exercise caution if you choose to stay at this hotel. Unfortunately, my car was broken into on the night of February 17th, 2024, while parked in the hotel's lot. Important documents and personal belongings were stolen. Despite the presence of security, it seems their effectiveness is lacking, and there are no security cameras on the property. Take care to consider your safety and security when deciding where to stay, as you may also be at risk of theft.

The sofa was uncomfortable.
The menu for the restaurant was poor at best. It is over priced with poor over priced choices and a lower quality of food.
No Decaf coffee in the restaurant for breakfast.
No freezer in the refrigerator.
No clock/alarm in the room and not available at the desk.
A nightlight in the bathroom would be good.

The way the property is set up is so inconvenient. We were told to park and use the side elevator, there is no side elevator. Just steps. We have alot of luggage. It was exhausting using the elevator and trekking to our room. We also were suppose to have a mountain view from our room and when asked, they said its a mountain view from the back of the building but clearly not what i paid for. Refused to refund anny difference in pricing from a reg view from the mountain view we didnt recieve. We definitely will not be staying in this motel again. It isnt a hotel because the doors are outside and not inside the building. Be prepared to walk a ton to your room and for no view of the mountains.

This is an old hotel that has been very well taken care of and updated. Restaurant, heated pool, hot tub, controlled access, etc. A very nice place at a reasonable price. Cook to order omelettes for breakfast.

I did not like the rooms opening to the outside i wish i had known that before i booked it. Room was updated but the carpet needs to be updated- stains and outdated. Made to order egg station was good and a plus!

It was good until we realized that we were close by a laundry/cleaning area and there was a machine noise that would not let us sleep well.
