Om 2 uur zouden wij inchecken en hadden van te voren contact opgenomen of dit mogelijk was en dat was zo. De eigenaar wordt na 22 keer bellen wakker en geeft ons een bed wat nog niet is schoon gemaakt. Vervolgens krijgen we twee 1 persoons bedden wat ook nog heel goor was, want de haren lagen er nog op. Het ontbijt was prima. De was gegeven maar kregen in het begin maar de helft terug… de cabine werkt ook maar voor de helft

One of the best hostel I've ever stayed in. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The location is close to everything as walking distance to the city. They are arranging everything you need, tours, bike renting, bookings for bus & train etc. The most important thing about the hostel is privacy, you can lock your cabin and have your own space. The view from the cabin is really beautiful. Definitely I'll come back again. 💐

This is my second time at this place, one of a very few hotels that employ people of ethnic minority groups in Sapa. Great location and flexible services

I really liked this place, there is a lot of mucking about tho with the pods some power outlets work some don’t and I moved 3 times due to it being a bit underprepared for Chinese New Year being so busy. "Only the owner really speaks English so it’s hard to get service from anyone else there, but he tries really hard. He is a hard worker, you can tell. He went out of his way to help. I would stay again, it's really good for the price and when not so busy, I think you would have a good experience."

Very good service by the hotel staff. The hotel stafff, Mr Cap brought me around to places of interest at a minimal fee. very friendly and helpful.
