The hotel is nice with mountain view from the balcony but it is quite far from city center.
The staff are supportive and kind.
The room is clean and full facilities.
The toilet at lobby should be improved.

Vista increíble, habitación correcta ubiera agradecido unos metros más para poder abrir las maletas de manera más cómoda.
La verdad es que el hotel en si estaba bastante bueno,bonito y barato.
El único problema es su manager quien luego de problemas( entendibles pero curiosos) que se pueden generar con una habitación, como el que luego de mucho viento en la zona, la ventana y la puerta no cerrarán correctamente, por lo que se producía un tifón dentro de la habitación...
Este no era capaz de dar soluciones razonables para ello y su actitud era bastante prepotente,( este no habla inglés ) .
Algo desorganizada la recepción y asignación de habitaciones ya que me asignaron en una habitación de dos camas individuales, cuando en mi reserva estaba claramente marcado que debía ser una cama doble.
Quiero pensar que mis hechos desafortunados fueron solo eso y problemas puntales, ya que el hotel en términos generales anda bastante bien.
Cabe recalcar que las atenciones de los empleados en el lugar siempre fueron maravillosas, mis felicitaciones.

Khách sạn cũng gần trung tâm, view núi cũng rất đẹp. Nhưng dịch vụ chưa được tốt, đã góp ý với khách sạn và khách sạn cũng tiếp thu. Thái độ tốt.

Сам отель старый, расположен недалеко от Кат Кат вилладж, Сапа фуникилер стейшн. Номер небольшой, вид на горы чудесный. Само место тихое. В номере санузел совмещен с душем, что не удобен. Нет сейфа в номере, завтрак азиатский. Администраторы заботливы и готовы помочь с любым вопросом

We stayed here in October because of recommendation from our daughter who stayed here 3 years ago the room was very dirty and mouldy looks nothing like pictures shown breakfast worst I’ve ever had again nothing like the photos staff not helpful insincere. My daughter couldn’t believe it all we can think is it must of changed hands to be fair the view was amazing sadly that was the only positive thing. Expensive hotel have stayed better for less money. This is probably the first time we have complained in Asia which is quite sad still waiting for refund of last night

We were very disappointed with our stay at Praha. As soon as we arrived we were made to pay for an early check-in despite others reviewing that normally this was free. Then, the room was dirty and some of the linen was stained when we checked in. The ‘continental breakfast’ that we were expecting, was just egg, rice and pho. A great place to stay if you like paying a lot more and getting a lot less. We switched our accommodation to a homestay in Sa Pa and have been much more satisfied.
