Hilton Garden Inn Trinidad Downtown

This HGI was brand new, very clean and the staff was wonderful. We could walk to downtown from there. They also we setup to be truly dog friendly.

Most of a night without hot water, yet the hotel doesnt use it's texting system to relate repair progress. They just let people call and visit the poor front desk person. Not a good use of hotel accessories nor personnel. I hope they treated the repair crew well--not many would stay in a cold water hotel. The threadbare gym towels show less use than poor laundering. Strike 2 for management practices. Not having hot water for tea, along side the coffee service area didn't bother me, a confirmed coffee drinker. But I lost trace of the hapless tea seekers, some of whom would have settled for just hot water. As it turned out, the joke was on me, the hotel coffee was cold. But I found a quality hotel restaurant here, a quiet room and a secure place to park. That was enough to simply wish the manager a refresher course in business management.

We booked this last minute for one night stay. The rooms were clean and staff was friendly

Loved the staff, the cleanliness the property the room! The food at the restaurant was good not great! The body wash in the bathroom was empty when I was in the shower. The beds are hard but overall, I would definitely stay there again.

The pool is open 24 hours which worked out great since we got in late from a long drive and the kids had a lot of pent up energy to burn off before going to sleep.

Loved everything about this hotel it being our second time staying there. We have had no issues whatsoever except for tons of chlorine in the pool leaving my daughter‘s hair as crunchy as a fry and they’re being no lunch available and no food options except the convenience store within the hotel. That leaves six hours with no food options.

This hotel was great. We needed a quick stop on a long car ride and this place was perfect. The concierge gave us a free room upgrade with a Mountain View. The town was so quaint as well.

This hotel seems almost brand new, is very clean and spiffy and beautifully decorated in a bright and modern way. The staff is very welcoming and helpful and the food in their restaurant is way above average. If I had reason to be in Trinidad, CO, again, I would stay at this Hilton Garden again in a heartbeat!

We were greeted by very friendly staff & got checked in quickly. They gave us recommendation on where to go to eat since hotel’s restaurant was closed for private party. We ended up staying in room and having meal delivered from outside establishment. Room was spacious, modern and tastefully decorated. Lighting was great. Awesome bathroom!! Amenities top notch! Added bonus was steaming services available. The only “con” I would remark on was the bathroom floor was sticky and had visible spots of something spilled. I would definitely recommend to others and would definitely stay there again if we come that way again.
