Horrible experience... won't stay again. First of all, the front desk(a Indian or Pakistan female staff) was indifferent and didn't smile, so I couldn't check in comfortably because the front desk staff at the hotel didn't smile at all. There are things I don't know about staying at your hotel for the first time, so I would appreciate it if you could tell me something more until I asked. Without breakfast and even the attached restaurant was closed, the nearest restaurant was near the train station, which was very inconvenient with luggage. I thought it was a non-smoking room, but the room smelled of cigarettes, I was worried about the smell of the room because I'm not good at smoking. The room was not cleaned properly, there were a few hairs under the bathroom door and bathtub, and the drainage was not good. I also worried about the dust on the floor, it's not very pleasant. The train tracks are right next to the windows (photos attached) and let you know every time the train passes by. The air conditioner worked fine initially but I was surprised it stopped working while I was sleeping and no one answered the phone at the front desk, couldn't sleep because the room was cold. The front desk was still empty until check out the next morning. Nice Hotel within Toyota City

Good choice

ここには、出張で何日も来ていますが、ます少し頑張って欲しいです。ベッドの電源が壊れていて、フロントに連絡してもすぐに対応されませんでした。ただし、部屋代えますか？とは提案されてます。備品が壊れてることが良くあり、修理への対応が遅いですね。

今回お正月帰省にて、行きの途中休憩として子供と一泊しました。ロケーション的には高速道路から近かったし、値段も安かったのでとても良かったです。 ただ、お風呂場に髪の毛が落ちていて気になりました。流せばいいだけなので流しましたが、湯を沸かさずシャワーだけにしました。 また、駐車場が本当に少なくて、夜に着いたのでどうしようかと思いました。申し訳ないのですが、子供抱っこして遠い場所に駐車するのは出来なかったので、思いやり駐車スペースに車を停めさせて貰いました。 次の日、朝になると、自動販売機前やらに他の人も車を駐車していたので、駐車場を広かったらなと思いました。

まだ新しい方なのか、きれいなホテルでした サービスは普通かと思います 場所は良いです
