This hotel was the disappointment of the trip. The car park was small and parking difficult. Our main complaint is that the hotel is what I would describe as a motel. Access to the room was off the car park. There was no offer of food, despite our long journey and the room was very tired. These problems were immediately raised with ******* and we were advised that we could move after one night having originally booked for two. The room price for one night was €74, as per invoice from the hotel and ******* has charged £155 for two nights despite their advice. Perhaps they knew of the pressure on Stirling in advance but the sums
or customer service don’t add up. Having been a frequent ******* customer I have lost confidence in them I’m sad to say. I feel that they, along with many aspects of the holiday industry are not realistically staffed.
