Location was excellent and the staff were all very polite and friendly n spoke English. There were however mosquitoes in my room which I could get rid of n it was annoying.
The staff were also helpful in booking a taxi for me for my trip to Toulouse airport.
I would definitely recommend the hotel to my friends and return to stay if I’m back in Toulouse again.
They also allowed me to store my luggage after I checked out .

This is truly an (only) 2 star place. When we saw the room, we walk straight out and went somewhere else. Everything is old and very very basic. There is nothing ‘charming’ to it. It’s simply a ‘you get what you pay for’ place except it’s too expensive for that

The hotel is conveniently located, within easy walking distance of the Capitole and city centre shops. The building has character and the hotel has a traditional a**osphere. Staff very friendly and helpful. I had a room next to the central courtyard, which was very quiet despite the central location. Breakfast was OK - standard continental. Plenty of bars and restaurants nearby if you want anything more fancy. Only downside was that the room was quite basic and in need of modernisation, though probably what you would expect from a 2-star hotel

Blinds and thick curtains made this a good place to sleep, there was a little noise from the street but nothing major. Location excellent for the price. Only concern was leaving the keys felt a little insecure as they were often out on reception desk, but staff did seem very aware of who was coming in and out so not a huge issue. Room clean, bed comfy.

Le personnel et l'accueil ont été très corrects, mais dans la chambre nous avons eu une odeur de refoulement venant de la salle de bain qui était très désagréable.
L'Hôtel a une très bonne situation au Centre Ville et de plus il possède un parking privé très proche. Il faut tout de même considérer qu'il n'y a que 4 places et il faut de la chance pour en avoir une.

La calidad humana de su equipo es lamentable. Y observando sus comentarios de respuesta a los usuarios, muestran una gran falta de profesionalidad. Cuando se trabaja de cara al público y se comete un error, o no se hace de manera muy acertada se acepta y se piden disculpas, no se entra en descalificaciones personales, ello denota una gran falta de profesionalidad.

J’y suis allée en tant que touriste. En plein centre de Toulouse c’est géniale, souvent les hôtels/auberge les mieux placés sont les plus chers mais ici les prix sont totalement abordables. Pour ma part j’étais en dortoir, donc, 25€/nuit/personne c’est rien ! La réception est adorable et à l’écoute. Les espaces communs sont bien et confortable. La sécurité est très bien, on ne se sens pas inconfortable. Je propose seulement d’investir dans des casiers avec code pour avoir une sécurité totale.
