Pour un hôtel 4*, il serait intéressant d avoir une bouteille d eau offerte dans la chambre.

Verbleven gedurende 2 nachten, comfortabele bedden, wat kleiner kamers, maar zuiver en praktisch. Uitgebreid ontbijt buffet. Vriendelijk personeel, parking aan hotel, aangename tuin. Wandelafstand van centrum

Hotel gelegen dicht tegen het kanaal “de brienne”. Via dit kanaal komt men heel gemakkelijk aan de Garonne en is men heel snel in het centrum van Toulouse. . In totaal een 15 minuten stappen tot centrum. Hotel met een modern interieur. Een correcte, vriendelijke en snelle in check in het hotel. Onze comfort kamer was niet al te groot maar bood alle comfort. Er was een minibar en de mogelijk tot het maken van thee en koffie. Een klein bureel. Een goed twee tweepersoonsbed. Toilet was apart van de badkamer. Een relatieve kleine badkamer met wel alle benodigdheden (shampoo, douchegel enz). Goede douche. Men heeft de keuze tussen een standard buffet en een buffet formule. Bij dit laatste een heel uitgebreid buffet. Men kan ook vers fruitsap persen. Ligt aan een niet al te drukke straat zodat een goede nachtrust mogelijk is. Een klein warenhuis ligt op minder dan 100m en in de omgeving ook enkele restaurants. Een hotel dat een aanbeveling verdient.

A very nice hotel, helpful reception staff. Very clean room. Amazing shower. Comfortable bed. No bedbugs (I was there at a time that this was a big deal in the media). Breakfast was great with lots of delicious options. They offer bike hire and storage which I didn't use but is a nice touch

Stayed for my Wife's 30th birthday and had an amazing time at Hotel de Brienne. Slept really well and junior suite was spacious and comfortable. Breakfast was also very enjoyable, plenty of choice and all regularly topped up. Would definitely return!

A bit far from the city center but this hotel had ample private parking which was important for us. We upgraded to a suite and it was very comfortable for three nights, otherwise the rooms are quite small. The bed was excellent and the service was very friendly. The breakfast was good (although surprisingly the coffee was pretty bad). An easy drive to the airport!

This hotel looks great on the website and the reviews were positive. However, we found it to be a lot less than it seemed. The room was TINY and dark, with the lights not working in one area. The toilet was so small we left the door open more often than not because it was so claustrophobic. We found one towel in the bathroom and another in the wardrobe but each time the room was made up by the housekeeper, we got only one towel and had to ask reception for another. The little kettle doesn’t boil the water, only heats it a bit. The air conditioner was inadequate. The bed was very hard and the pillows were lumpy. Breakfast was expensive at €17 per person and manifestly inadequate, the on request scrambled eggs were made with powdered egg mix and items on the buffet were not replaced often enough. Had we known how bad it was before paying in advance, we would have skipped it and found a boulangerie/cafe somewhere else. This is in no way a 4 star hotel.

I love this hotel for its charm. Nice rooms and great breakfast buffet! Hotel staff is very helpful and location is very good (close to Compans and short walk to canal and Garonne). Several bars and restaurant close by as well.

One of the nicest hotels I've ever stayed at. From the time we entered the hotel, which has an attractive frontage and is in central Toulouse, whilst being situated in a quiet and picturesque road, the staff welcomed us and were friendly and hospitable throughout our stay. Nothing was too much trouble for them and they made us feel very welcome. We stayed for 3 nights in a twin room which was functional and comfortable - the bed was very comfortable and the room was quiet. The hygiene and cleanliness at the hotel was very good and our room was cleaned and towels changed daily. All the staff were lovely, especially Jade and Illiana on reception. I will definitely be coming back to stay here again, thank you.
