Brilliant location, awesome staff and beautiful room. The location was perfect, midway between the sea front and train station, with everything in Toulon very accessible from this hotel. Lovely hotel rooftop pool which we, as a large group used as a bar in the evening. There were 12 of us (6 couples) staying at the hotel and everyone’s expectations of the rooms were exceeded and none of us had any complaints. Staff were very attentive and couldn’t help enough with the many queries that were asked of them. If we do return to Toulon there is no question that this will be the hotel that we return to.

Unfortunately the hotel did not have a regular water supply and it was not possible to shower, wash or flush the toilet most days. We had to use water from the swimming pool to use the toilet and bottled water to clean our teeth. The staff blamed the local water supply but , having checked with other local businesses, they did not have this problem. We also moved out to stay in another hotel 5 mins walk away and, despite being on the 5th floor, we had no water issues there.So the only conclusion is that it was a hotel specific issue. Other wise the hotel just is fine and well located !

From the minute we arrive the staff were excellent.lovely greeting , good explanations and a big smile . The rooms were clean and the beds very comfy.I will be back to a great hotel and a beautiful city.the roof top bar has excellent service too with great bar man.the pool was welcome cool down with a great trick with the floor from the pool. You need to come and stay to see !!

This hotel never deserves 3 stars. Its too loud in the night. The doors are not closed good enough. The staff never finds a solution. The best about this hotel is the great location. It is also very safe. All the other things are sadly bad. Book another hotel if you want nice holidays.

Family trip with kid, the room was VERY small, and totally not comfortable. We had no cleaning for 2 days, we did not receive a proper soap or shampoo. Do not recomend the location it is very scary during the night. We received a nightmarishly small and cramped room, a few bars of soap.... We are in the 21st century and especially for this amount of money such abysmal quality should not happen. Only the reception stuff was perfect , friendly and very professional.

We wanted a location close to the ferry terminal and this was ideal. The receptionist was very helpful. Although in a pedestrian precinct, the parking was only 150m from the hotel entrance. Would be good to have a map showing this, as initially we took our luggage the long way round. This proved to be an advantage in the end, as the parking door we tried to open very early next morning wouldn't open with our ticket. One of us had to go around the long way and let the other in with the luggage. The hotel decoration is quirky and interesting. The location near to the opera house and shopping street was great. Lots of cafes, bars and restaurants near by. Had a coffee machine and fridge both very appreciated. We would definitely stay there again if in Toulon
