Dit hotel is perfect voor een verblijf met de familie maar ook voor koppels. Voor ons reeds de 8ste keer verspreid over 30 jaar. Dat zegt al veel over wat we er van vinden. Het personeel is altijd zeer vriendelijk en erg behulpzaam. De buffetten zijn steeds uitgebreid en er is voldoende variatie. Alles is erg netjes. De ligging van het hotel is super. Je wandelt steeds door het oude gedeelte van Tossa met z'n smalle straatjes om naar het strand te gaan. Heerlijk! Wij komen zeker terug.

GHT Neptuno en het prachtige Tossa zijn als een t****e thuis voor ons . Mijn twee zussen en ikzelf komen al 23 jaar , einde mei - begin juni , op vakantie in hotel Neptuno. De hotelmedewerkers Carmen , Carmen ,Paco , Javi , Isabel en de vele anderen doen altijd al het mogelijke om het ons zo aangenaam mogelijk te maken . De ligging is perfect . Fantastische tuin . Lekker eten, comfortabele bedden , ruime kamers. Komen zeker terug .

Hotel Neptuno is al jaren ons favoriete vakantie hotel. Het is er gezellig en niet ver van het strand. Na een wandeling is het heerlijk om uit te rusten met een biertje bij het zwembad. Op naar de 55e keer Tossa in 2022

Best room in the hotel, food was mediocre but the hotel was lovely and clean, friendly staff, would stay here again, pool was cold but refreshing, lovely old worldy feel to the reception area, close to shops and main beach area, beds made up each day.

A beautiful hotel , well run and the staff are friendly, efficient and have a sense of family about them. The hotel is very clean and although the bedrooms are a little dated , are well presented .and all have a balcony, we were at the back of the hotel overlooking the hillside the hotel was cut into. But most have poolside or sea views. The pool and surrounding grounds were meticulously kept. The food served is bed breakfast and evening meal all buffet style and plenty of choice on offer. They do provide snack meals as required through the day. There is entertainment X3 a week and a BBQ night. I cannot fault the hotel or the service we received and we had a lovely family holiday there and will be returning . The location is also a plus with Roman villa behind the hotel, a turret tower above the hillside, a short walk to the beautiful shopping area in town and beach and not forgetting the magical villa vella.

Warm welcome. Lovely clean and peaceful hotel. Fantastic food, including gluten free options. Reasonably priced bar. Nice location. Kind staff. Pool area mostly shady. Bedroom comfortable, including fridge for hire. Very relaxing background music!

This hotel is up a short but steep incline. Convenient for the old town and charming narrow streets. We didn't use the pool as there was no sun on it this time of year and the water was very cold. We had lovely room on the 4th floor overlooking the pool, the town and the sea. Everywhere was very clean. All the staff were pleasant. the hotel was quiet except for the Saturday night when they had Octoberfest in the village, the hotel was full that night and the dining room was chaos. There was plenty of food but had to queue for it. The food was always hot and tasty. The salad bar was the same every night. Only down side was a shortage of fresh vegetables, Dinner is not served until 8pm which may be a bit late for some people. There was only entertainment on two nights and the poor girl could not compete with the excellent band at the Octoberfest event on the Saturday which, was just round the corner. IF we were going to Tossa again I would probably use this hotel again. .

Fabulous hotel and location. Staff were very friendly and accommodating. We loved the Spanish quirkiness of the furniture and decor. Food was varied and plentiful. The gardens were immaculate and plenty of space for peaceful relaxation. Easy walk to the beach, we walked down before breakfast. Excellent location for walking, swimming and historical interest. We will be returning next year.

Excellent three star traditional Spanish hotel. 5 minutes walk from the beach and town centre. Friendly helpful staff. Rooms clean and adequate. Room servicing and cleaning was excellent. Some rooms dont have a good view. Food variety and availability was outstanding. Freshly prepared breakfast and evening meal. Meat fresh fish and salad choices always available. We travelled as six adults carnivores , pescatarians and vegetarians. Everyone had ample choice. We had a private transfer from airport and were dropped at the front door if you arrive by coach transfer you are dropped at the bus station which is a ten minute walk. Probably not good with luggage and children. Would return want to return will return!!
