In eerste instantie worden ze geadverteerd als een 4 * hotel met een zwembad en in werkelijkheid bevindt het zwembad zich in een van hun andere hotels, verschillende straten verwijderd van het hotel. Ze hadden geen parkeerplaats te bieden omdat ze overdekt waren. de airconditioning maakte een constant geluid in de badkamer dat op geen enkel moment stopte. Toen we na 2 dagen het schoonmaakpersoneel om zeep en shampoo vroegen, vertelden ze ons dat ze het alleen de eerste dag uit beleefdheid gaven.

This was a great hotel! Friendly staff and you cannot beat the location- right across from a grocery store and a ten minute walk to the beach that has the castle! Price was super competitive for the area as well. Highly recommend.

We received super recommendations from Marina about services and restaurants in Tossa. Room and Hotel were clean and is pretty central and in walking distance to the beach.

The room was fine, very clean, we weren't in the room much. The hotel is 5-10 minute walk to the beach but it was nice that it wasn't right in the hustle and bustle of the night lift and busy restaurant areas. Breakfast was great; so many fresh options! I would recommend this to a friend.

A clean but tired hotel in dire need of renovation. The room was basic and old fashioned, but the bed was big and. Comfortable. The air conditioning in our room had to be repaired while we were there, but never really worked properly and the water evacuation from the sink was medely a slow trickle. Work needs to be done to bring the rooms up to a standard that one would expect for the price they charge. The room by the lift as it is very noisy, but thankfully we were moved on request. The breakfast was reasonable and the hotel is in a convenient location, (although the view is not pretty!), The off-site parking arrangements are rather bizzare and complicated. Hotel Vila Tosa does not merit being classed as a 4* hotel.
