Nice Hotel with a solid decor and landscaping. The food at the restaurant for both the breakfast and dinner was sub par, particularly for the non-local food options on the menu.

The room was okay but very hard to get to if you’re traveling with elderly/young baby/kids as the rooms are located at a separate building from the lobby, on an uphill slope with stairs too. Some rooms you get at level 2 & also has no lift. Luckily the staff will help you carry the bags. The water in the room also came in glass bottles which we’re not sure how sterilised/clean it is & you cannot misplace / lose it or you will be charged. So we couldn’t even bring water out from the room for the fear of being charged, not very pleasant i’d say. There was free tea time but the food was oily & not great but breakfast was thankfully good. The hotel itself had a few facilities to explore with shuttle (open air) to take us around which was nice.

應該是bromo附近酒店的天花板了，在峇里島烏布好像還有一家分店。
設施：房間大小完全夠用，三人房不會擁擠，而且房間外面也有客廳，很方便。沒有空調，這應該也是bromo附近酒店的正常情況，中午可能有點熱。酒店公區甚至還有桌球枱，前台也有自行車可以免費用。
衞生：很乾凈，符合星級酒店的標準。房間裏有洗漱用品、毛巾、浴袍，還有按人數提供拖鞋，在bromo附近應該算是少有的齊全了。
環境：酒店環境一絕，建築風格和排列都很有特色，公區有大量植物，維護得非常好。
服務：員工服務都非常好，我們是11點多到的酒店，前台依然很負責地辦理入住和介紹，並且帶到房間。酒店可以預訂接送機和火山一日遊，我們是直接從泗水到酒店，然後去bromo，結束後又到泗水機場飛峇里島。
整體而言酒店很有特色，是一家不錯的酒店，有機會會再入住，唯一美中不足就是早餐種類比較少。

來玩Bromo火山，搜尋了附近的酒店，一下子就被這個酒店的圖片吸引了，果斷選擇入住這裏。
當天大概是晚上6點多入住的，一進門就有熱茶和熱毛巾，非常親切和舒適，這裏員工的英語也很好，不用擔心有溝通問題。
酒店非常大也很漂亮，感覺是包下了整個山頭，房間也非常温馨，跟前台交流了一下，發現是個連鎖酒店，感覺有點像是國內的松贊酒店，因地制宜。除了要自己爬一些樓梯到達房間，但景觀非常好，個人感覺很值。
另外非常感謝酒店的經理，他在瞭解到我們的bromo行程有些不愉快後，非常熱情的招待我們，詢問我們航班情況，並且主動提出讓我們晚些時間退房，還給我們送了熱巧克力。從某種程度上還給到了我們情緒價值，真的震驚。

真的是家寶藏酒店。一進大堂就送上麪包和熱茶熱毛巾，笑容都特別親切。酒店室內室外都很美，尤其是庭院裏的花兒，一看就是被精心養護着，衹可惜這次衹住了一天，沒有時間到處轉轉。餐廳全天開放很方便，早餐下午茶都在户外，非常愜意。還預訂了日出早餐，可以坐下來邊喝熱茶邊看日出，工作人員都非常耐心和友好，真的是沒有什麼不滿意的地方。
衹有一點需要注意就是這邊顯示酒店距離機場1.5小時是有誤的，通常需要2.5小時才行，要注意一下時間安排。
