El sitio con mucho encanto aunque el camino un poco malo
Las instalaciones un poquito descuidadas
Las cenas que hicimos en el restaurante muy ricas
El desayuno incluido en la noche te ponen un poquito de casa para mi gusto le falta algo dulce
En general bastante bien
Me quedo con las maravillosas vistas y tranquilidad

De plek is zonder twijfel een van de mooiste plekken die er is maar je moet dus ook stevig de berg op en het ligt zeker 20 minuten buiten frigliana. Zwembad is niet groot. Op maandag is het restaurant dicht dat betekent dat er dus niks te krijgen is (dus ook geen drankje). Kamers zijn verder prima en de view….

What can I say. Stunning hotel in a stunning location with fabulous staff. Rooms were amazing. Beds so comfortable as were the pillows. Bed linen and towels were lovely and soft. Free parking and Wifi. Restaurant on site with fantastic food. Continental breakfast. Would highly recommend anyone to stay here. Views are breathtaking although the road up is a little hair-raising.

We came to the hotel in May . There were a lot of muscitos in the room and outside. moreover the room was very basic with bad smeel. the owner told us to go to the village to buy untimuscitos. We decided not to stay in the hotel and we were told we have to talk with booking for the cancelation and we will have to pay only part of the fee. After many weeks booking updated us that the owner did'nt agree for any discount and we had to pay the whole amount including the breakfad that we didn't eat - don't go to this hotel!!! I don't know how they got a high rate in booking....

We wanted to introduce friends to this quirky hotel up in the mountains above Frigliana so we booked lunch. We had dined here previously and enjoyed it. However we were disappointed on this occasion and did not even feel particularly welcome. When the food arrived it was cold and the meat was so tough we couldn’t eat it. The waiter couldn’t fail to have noticed the left food but nothing was said and no apology offered. The diners at the next table sent their food back but we did not have time to do that but when paying the bill we did let them know. Fortunately the bread and desserts were quite nice. Will have to think carefully before choosing here again

We arrived at Los Caracoles late and tired after a stressful journey from the UK. The staff couldn’t have been kinder or more welcoming and within moments of finding our ‘bungalow’ - which could have doubled as one of the hobbit homes in Tolkien’s ‘Middle Earth’ - we could feel the stresses of the day rapidly begin to ebb away. If you’re looking for luxury perhaps look elsewhere, but if it’s rural serenity in a magnificent setting you’re after then look no further. Breakfast which is situated on a lovely terrace overlooking Frigiliana was very good indeed. Sadly the same cannot be said of the restaurant which we visited a few days later. Situated on the same ‘breakfast terrace’ the food was bland, undercooked - or even uncooked - cold and barely edible. To be fair the waiter was very apologetic and refunded most of the cost without us having to ask. So five ‘stars’ for the hotel...but far, far fewer for the restaurant.

El alojamiento y todo excelente vistas incleibles personal fantástico y el dueño Joaquín una persona fantástica pendiente de k todo estuviera a nuestro gusto es la segunda vez k vamos y por supuesto repetiremos de 10 muy muy recomendable
