Prachtig en schoon hotel! Kamer met uitzicht op de zee, wij zaten 5e etage.Luxe douche met alles erop en eraan! Ontbijt, super! Ontbreekt je aan niets! Lekkere koffie, heerlijke( zoete) broodjes, eieren met spek, fruit etc etc. Vriendelijk, behulpzaam personeel, behalve de dienstdoende dame die aan de receptie zat toen wij incheckten op Vrijdagmiddag.( naam onbekend, maar brildragend en chagrijnig!). Wel heel goed en vriendelijk geholpen door receptioniste Elinia!! Dankjewel Elenia! Hotel heeft goede uitvalsbasis naar nabij gelegen schitterende dorpjes en Bari! Ook kan gebruik gemaakt worden van een grattis shuttlebus! Nog een pre: nog geen tot weinig Nederlanders te ontdekken in deze regio/ongeving! Is te ver weg waarschijnlijk! Verder ben je in een paar minuten aan t strand, ligt pal tegenover het hotel. Ligt wel een weg tussen, maar met de gratis shuttle ben je zo daar! Aanrader is ook het heerlijke dorpje Tora a Mare, op 10 min vh hotel! Heerlijke eettentjes, en zeer romantisch! Als dit hotel in de toekomst nog een zwembad erbij zou krijgen, is het helemaal af!!

Friendly ambiance,located 10km from city center but shuttle service available ,anivewerwe you want ,95 rooms clean four stars,comfortable friendly atmosphere....... Overlooking the sea of tore a Mare,pat friendly,nice decorated ,lobby,friandly staff,good food you can enjoy your breakfast on the 6th floor with breathtaking view on the sea. Shuttle,service can take you to small beach ,and near by little cities like Mola di Bari ,Polinjano ,Beautiful little city where Domenico Medunjo famous Italian singer was born. Unforgettable journey.

Great for a late check-in overnight stay on route from Bari to the South! Easily found, free room upgrade, lovely breakfast (could have done with staff welcome//instructions).

Chose this hotel because we were flying into Bari and picking up our rental car at Bari airport for our Puglia road trip. I didn't want to drive into a city and wanted someplace easy and convenient to get to. The Hotel Barion fit the bill. Very easy to get to from the airport and a great view. Rooms were nice and clean, felt safe the whole time. The staff were all great. Had dinner at the restaurant after we arrived and even though there was a large tour group that was dining at the same time the service and food were very good. The breakfast on the top floor in the morning was wonderful.....view and food. Wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

The staff was friendly and helpful; rooms were not great. Lounge area was nice and breakfast in the morning was good. The area surrounding the hotel was not the best as it was right off the highway.

Good hotel, room clean & spacious. Breakfast excellent on the 6th floor with the view of the sea. But best of all is the manager, Mr Camilo. Very gracious and friendly, always with a smile. Upon our arrival, we are immediately met by him, given welcome drink & snack. I will definitely return to this hotel.

From the first moment, the check in, then entering the room, everything was perfect. Cool, clean and quiet. There is a busy road outside but the sound insulation prevented any disturbance. The breakfast on the roof was superb. The restaurant was good. I am not convinced everything was made fresh to order, but what we had was very satisfactory and the staff were professional and friendly. You need a car to use this hotel. Its a bit isolated. The nearby town of Torre da Mare is not really of interest. I thought it was dirty compared with other places we had visited in Puglia. The hotel itself is excellent. Stayed three nights: we slept well and I would go there again.
