Premier Inn Torquay Seafront

Brilliant hotel. All Staff helpful and friendly. Megan was great sorted a lovely room for my parents, extra pillows and showed them how to work the heating and coffee machine. There could do with being more milk n sugars in room however you can get these from reception. I Will definately booking them in again. :)

Never using again waited 2 hrs check in will not work have a business meeting will have to go to meeting without changing No good for business clients Cannot tel when we will be able to have our room Need decent IT department. Shocking shocking

The beds are known to be very comfortable and the facilities are of a high standard. The car parking was adequate and reasonably priced. The food was of good quality and of adequate variety. Cleanliness was very noticeable throughout, given the turnover of guests at this time of year.

Stayed for 4 night over Christmas, the hotel was clean and the staff on hand to great us, we arrived early but our room was not available to check in early, they did offer to change our room but I had requested a certain room and did not want to move. We were still allowed to check in 30 min early. We had a premier room which are based in a new part of the building which is either a walk along a large corridor or walk round the outside through the car park. Our room was great, very large with two windows, the room was clean, bed was your standard premier inn bed very comfortable. We had a fridge and coffee machine, problem with coffee machine is no coffee pods anywhere to be collected. The hotel was very quite apart from the room above us had an elephant staying in it that did not understand stamping across your top floor room at 4am might just wake those below up, but like clock work this elephant woke for its nightly piss and stamped across the room and back. I would stay here again, we had a great stay just do not eat in the Restaurant, many better places on the front. Ultimate wifi not so ultimate, it kept going off on devices and then requesting the code which you can not use again.

Great location for beach & town centre. Had large room at front of hotel with two windows (that opened) overlooking the seafront. Just perfect! Paid for the breakfast 3 morning & this set us up perfectly for the day. Bus stop literally just down the road to access Paignton & Brixham & easy 10 minute walk along the seafront into the centre. 3 nights car park cost £10.50 - bargain!! Can’t complain about anything!!

Great location and the premier room was well maintained. Breakfast was up to the high Premier Inn standard. The only thing not quite up to Premier Inn high standard was the wifi. We had standard, in and out and quite slow. We stayed previously and the hotel is well situated and car parking easy. Will be back in2025.
