I am writing to formally express my appreciation for the exceptional experience I recently enjoyed at Rixos Premium Bodrum in Turkey. My stay was marked by several noteworthy aspects:
1) The culinary offerings were truly exceptional, boasting a diverse array of delectable options available throughout the day.
2) I had the privilege of staying in one of the newly renovated rooms, which featured modern decor and offered breathtaking panoramic views of the surroundings.
3) The private beach, a veritable gem, left a lasting impression with its stunning beauty and the added convenience of bar service facilitated through QR codes.
4) The attentive and proficient staff, proficient in English, contributed significantly to the overall enjoyment of my stay.
5) While my experience was overwhelmingly positive, it is worth noting that the entertainment options, particularly the availability of live music, could benefit from improvement, as the only available entertainment occurred at 9:30 PM.
In summation, I am delighted with my stay at Rixos Premium Bodrum and have every intention of returning in the future. The exceptional food, the newly renovated rooms, the captivating private beach, and the attentive staff all combined to make my stay truly memorable.

Zero hospitality!
Their guest relations is horrible. I got sick during the trip and had to go to hospital. Nobody even asked what happened to me and if they can do anything for me. On our last day, we have requested more time at the room as I had Covid and was sleeping all day. They have extended for 2 hours and rest of the time we were with the rest of the guests freely moving in the hotel.
To sum, it is super unfortunate that this natural beauty is in the handa of such uncapable guest relations.

Ik raad het hotel zeker aan om de strand, het mooie uitzicht en het mooie hotel. Alp en Selen bij de balie zijn ook erg vriendelijk. De kamer zijn ook erg mooi, wel adviseer ik het later in het seizoen. Begin van het seizoen is het nog erg rustig..

Een van de beste hotels tot nu toe! Het enige wat niet paste bij de look en feel van het hotel was onze verouderde hotel kamer. De nieuwe aanbouw is daarentegen prachtig! Onze hotelkamer werd wel meteen schoongemaakt en extra gekit. Er was namelijk veel schimmel. Ook was er geen bedje voor onze dochter, maar dat hebben ze uiteindelijk meteen geregeld. Het hotel zelf was top! Super lieve en vriendelijke mensen die echt een stapje harder voor je lopen. De schoonmakers waren helemaal weg van onze dochter en ook het personeel in het restaurant. De baai en de zee zijn echt fantastisch! Zo rustig en mooi! Ook het personeel daar verwende ons enorm! De kids club was fantastisch! Het leek wel MTV cribs. Er werd echt van alles georganiseerd. Er staat een fooi pot waar je wat achter kunt laten. Er werden pizza’s gebakken, ze kreeg een pet, T-shirt, er werd geschminkt en ga zo maar door. Het restaurant is een van de enige All in resorts waar het niet voelt als een ‘vreetschuur’. Men neemt de tijd voor je, tafels staan ver uit elkaar, leuke inrichting. Kortom…hier komen wij echt nog eens terug.

Dit hotel is echt het beste hotel wat we ooit hebben gehad. We gaan 3x per jaar op vakantie maar dit heb ik nooit gezien. Ongelooflijk vriendelijk personeel. Iedere familie heeft een assistent. Zeer goed eten in hun verschillende restaurants. Zeer propere kamers. Super sauna . Prachtige locatie. Verschillende mooie ligplaatsen aan de zee , aan het strand aan de zwembaden. Ze bereiden alle dranken die je wil. Wij gaan zeker terug. Amazing.Thanks to Mert and Burak !

Amazing hotel with a beautiful territory full of greens. Food was super delicious: grate choice of cheese, olives, meat, fruits and sweets in main restaurant. Quality of food no less than good restaurants in Istanbul and that’s impressive. As big tea lover i was happy every day visit Godiva cafe, they have big tea selection and of course chocolate. With husband we also enjoyed spa with a good equipped gym and steam, sauna, hammam. Special thanks for our assistant team Selen and Nazifa, they are very attentive, everyday provide information and all the time ready to help with anything we need. ❤️ Atmosphere in the hotel so peaceful and relaxed. We definitely like Rixos and planning to visit it again.

Super experience in the hotel. The food is very delicious and the service is amazing. I’m so happy that I chose this hotel. The staff is very smiling and helpful. Especially would like to mention Guest Relations department all of them are very helpful. For sure I will recommend this hotel
