The hotel is new, the staff is nice, the room is clean and nice, the special bed is very comfortable, the big bathtub is very nice, we will come again next time.

有一間房間窗邊漏水，石膏都掉下來了。房間隔音效果極差，隔壁房間、外面走廊和上下水管道聲音都很響，晚上隔壁房間打呼嚕也會被吵醒。沒有要求勿打擾的情況下竟然有一個房間沒有打掃，衹補了瓶裝水。

設施：四星級以上酒店標準，停車非常方便，可以免費停車
衞生：蠻乾淨的
環境：距大奇山就三公里的路程，周邊羣山環抱，確實很美，桐廬的市區也很不錯，車少人少！
服務：早上的自助餐很精緻，口味都可以，服務熱情！有機會再去桐廬還會再訂這家！

酒店位置很不錯，離高鐵很近，大堂很漂亮，前廳服務很不錯，效率也高，自助辦理入住，給予協助，兩個機器人很顯眼，説是專門為客人服務的，客房很大，床也很大，枕頭有2種，大姐服務熱情，餐廳色彩很亮麗，人不多，但菜品都有，還有小盒酸奶，總之這次入住滿意

很滿意的酒店，房間好不説，服務特別暖心，給升級了房間還給我延遲退房時間，早餐品種很多，兩個字豐盛，前台小姐姐説住的好幫忙推薦一下，肯定值得推薦，下次有機會再來桐廬，一定還來住你們家[強]

酒店位置還不錯，大堂很大，氣派，前台有自助茶水，小姐姐協助自助辦理入住，很貼心，客房很大，地毯很乾凈，窗簾和燈是智能的，浴巾大而舒適，設施齊全，衞生ok，服務好，早餐廳裝飾很漂亮，大姐負責熱情，品種也不少，酒店整體不錯

進入酒店感覺高大上，大堂頂很高，大氣，前台小姐姐服務效率高，熱情，客房大，地毯很軟，乾淨，熱水舒服，早餐廳感覺進入了春天，吃的也豐富，還有酸奶，阿姨服務熱情，餐廳旁邊還有個健身房，看看運動設備很棒，值得一住。

酒店大樓很氣派，聽服務員説是中通大樓，門口停車方便，大堂很漂亮，大氣，客房衞生乾淨整潔，服務員有禮貌，早餐廳菜品豐富，特別是那一碗熱騰騰的麪條，特別贊👍 ，煮麪大姐很熱情，退房後等朋友，前台小姐姐送上了熱茶，這個舉動很暖心

桐廬下高速就看到酒店大樓，非常方便，酒店大堂非常氣派，和五星有的一比，前台辦理入住全程智能，還有2機器人可以送物，工作認真仔細，服務熱情，主動告訴早餐時間，客房大，床也大，衞生乾淨整潔，大姐服務好，客房設施齊全，很新，空調很暖和，早餐廳的寬麪味道特別好，調料多，自己加，健身房很氣派，但沒時間用，總之訂的特價房，性價比特別好，服務用心，推薦
