Generally quite satisfying with this hotel. Pretty clean and comfortable. The room size is quite big, big enough to open the luggage so no need to worry about the space. For the location, pretty convenient to walk from Metro station - 東池袋, can directly walk via the shopping mall to the hotel. But the distance is not that close as expected, it took about 10-15mins.
For the service, I would say the reception is not that considerate, as I asked a easy question but they refused to answer and said I can go find the answer by myself….., maybe becoz there were a lot people waiting for check in. So the service from the reception is really not so satisfying….

The location is abit far from any train station but it was link thru sunshine city shopping mall. Come during winter , the AC is central control so the room is abit stuffy so the staff offer us a standing fan. Hope they can upgrade the AC system. We do have a great view able to see the Tokyo tower

The hotel's reception staff could improve in friendliness, especially when requesting a 30-minute extension for check-out. It's important for staff to exhibit a customer-centric approach to enhance the overall guest experience.

Nothing to complain. Staff was willing to help out about limousine service when it wasn’t available. Special highlight Chen was the best staff there imo.

Hotel staff have provide great service. But the facilities inside the hotel room was 0/100. The air condition was useless you can’t change the temperature and it keep feel like 30’c. Also the bad was terrible you can’t even have enough support when you sleeping. I have book this hotel for 4 night and each night I was keep regret. The staff service is 100/100 helpful and happy to service you. But the room facilities is speechless. The location of the hotel is good at least you can just go down have shopping inside sunshine city.
But at the end I will not choose this hotel anymore if it still haven’t change any facilities
By the way the refrigerator was small too you max can put 6-7 500ml bottles inside then it will be full

not sure if it's just our room, but aircon was too weak, and not adjustable. location is a little too far from Ikebukuro Station (10-15 min walk, doesn't seem much but when you've already walked 20,000 steps in the day, it just feels torturous to walk a long way back from the station).
room is clean, hotel is near the sunshine City mall, which is great.
