Front desk staff is proficient in English. The hotel is located at the top of a hill. However, you can avoid walking up the slope via a public lift that provides easy access to the nearby subway station.

Check-in went smoothly and quickly. The staff is amazingly friendly and helpful. The location is quiet and close to subway, convenient stores, local bar etc... The was big enough and clean. The shower worked perfectly. Great place to stay.

It is a great value because it is on a walking distance to the Middtown complex in Roppongi.
The staff is very helpful and we were treated with a cup of traditional Anazake on the first of January !

My favourite Japanese business hotel chain. Safe, clean, convenient. Way more than decent breakfast, nice size room (for Tokyo!) Only ding would be no bathtub in the toilet. No onsen in the building. So no nice hot soak at the end of cold days.
Nonetheless, great location... 10mins walk to Akasaka station (with a ton of restaurants in the vicinity) and about 20mins walk the other way right to the heart of Roppongi.

The hotel was clean and located in the middle of my itinerary. However not close enough to shops or the city center. The hotel was clean and nice staff. The room was a little small but it is Japan.

位置看似不錯附近好幾個站點，但是這個酒店在坡上，帶着行李爬死我了。酒店比較老了所以設施比較舊，還算乾淨。然後日本人的墓地在居民區裏挺常見的，但是這個酒店後面就是墓景房，介意這點的可能要注意一下，個人沒什麼所謂

其他沒問題
商務出差對應完美
要是沒有老外喜歡在走廊唱美聲
就更理想了
akasaka的夜晚 還是比較熱鬧的
