The hotel is in very convenient location, only 3-minute walk from Nagatacho Subway. The deluxe Twin Room is very spacious and situates in the top floor with good view. Buffet breakfast is good with western and Japanese food. The staff are very polite and helpful with the direction. Definitely recommend and will stay here again when I visit Tokyo.

We stayed in 3 different places in Tokyo, this one is the best one. It a very nice room for this price, I was 100% satisfied with everything

The hotel looks really nice, the service was just what we needed nothing special, the location wasn’t the best for us as a family with kids, but most of the places (attractions) we went to, wasn’t far in taxi, 12minutes so it wasn’t that bad.

Second time staying at this hotel. This is a business hotel with limited services and amenities. But staff are very friendly and professional. You also have a nice city view.

Good location with some cafes and restaurants close, with 2 metro stations nearby. The staff were always helpful and the breakfast was sufficient. I’d stay again.

Situated nicely between two subway stations and a few convenience store options (one directly opposite). Extremely pleasant environment next to a middle school, and room was very comfortable. Minor caveat is the tv didn't have many channels or non Japanese options.
