Deze keer heb ik een driepersoonskamer geboekt, die erg lang is en een lange badkamer heeft, wat behoorlijk ruim is in Japan. Het hotel bevindt zich in Passenger Terminal 2 en de incheckbalie is zichtbaar vanuit het kamerraam. Het is erg handig om te eten en te drinken, want er zijn verschillende winkels en restaurants in het passagiersterminalgebouw. Het is het handigste hotel om te verblijven tijdens de transit op Haneda Airport.

Very convenient. It’s accessible by free bus from terminal 3 to terminal 2. Very fast check in. Though we arrived very late, they still kept our reservation. Highly recommend for people with early flights the following day.

It was for just one night. Located right inside the terminal. Room size was pretty big in Japanese standard. Bottled water was complimentary. Kettle was available for making coffee and tea. Rate was reasonable. Will stay there again in the future.

As a solo traveller who's stayed in hostels for the past month this was an incredibly refreshing change in pace. Loved the gowns and pjs provided, comfy beds, free soaps and shaving equipment, high pressure shower and friendly staff ＜3

Nice hotel in the station. However terminal 2 is close after business hours. You have to purchase your supplies ahead of time.

Good location for an airport hotel at terminal two… The hotel is located right at the end of the check-in areas and it’s quirky to see the rooms. Look out into the check-in desk of budget airlines.
Rooms Well long and narrow… We ordered a roof for three people, and there was really no space to walk around in the rooms with three beds… Bit of a disappointment compared to the other hotel that we stayed at the Villa Fontaine.
The shower was fantastic, high-pressure and hot water.
The drip coffee sachets, as well as the aluminium bottles of mineral water was also a nice touch.
Overall, I would recommend to stay at the Villa Fontaine over this one if you had a choice

Stayed here for a night. Amenities room’s really good. Staff are very friendly too. One thing I did not like are the automated check-in kiosks. when I needed questions about breakfast or check-out information, I had to hail for a staff who is also busy at other kiosks. Not sure if this is the right direction HOTEL EXCEL should be taking in terms of service. I must say that their breakfast situation was a pleasant surprise because I truly enjoyed the food selection. Recommend getting their breakfast. Overall, this hotel met my all my needs. Will not hesitate to stay here for a night again in the future if my itinerary requires it.
