Hotel was clean and convenient! However if you want to use the north exit from hamamatsucho, it would be very inconvenient as there are only stairs. I could only exit from the south exit with my luggages, which made the walk slightly longer. Other than that, the room was great!

Hotel is in a convenient location with good transport connections and walking distance to Ginza (20 mins walk). Staff are friendly and helpful. Breakfast is mediocre and chaotic sometimes. At night we were often woken by garbage trucks outside. There’s not many restaurants around the hotel that are accessible to foreigners but there is a good supermarket nearby. Pillows are rather uncomfortable.

Really nice hotel close to Daimon Subway Station and Hamamastucho Station.
We had a room with three beds with a lot of space compared to other Tokyo hotels.
We just stayed one night with breakfast and I found it quite expensive.
The breakfast was also very good, only the restaurant is not very big, so we had to wait a bit until we could get a table.

Cozy hotel with friendly staff who provided good support for us when we needed them. Would recommend to anybody who wants this vibes for families staying in the area!

The hotel room is decent for us family of 5 (2 adults + 3 young children) for 6 nights, with space for the kids to still play,and for us to stow luggage .
The convenience of the area was great - plenty of Lawsons, Family Marts, restaurants, bars, close to 2 convenient train stations , and we could walk to the parks, Ginza, Tsukiji. We could also do laundry in the nearby laundromat, and there were pharmacists nearby, too !
I had chosen this place for the convenience + the fact that it was not in the middle of the hustle of the tourist hotspot like Shinjuku. This means we could have a quiet, restful evening when we are back from the days' activities .
Breakfast was sufficient with local and localised western offerings. Just need to be mindful that when they mean close at 10am, they really mean it!
Service was courteous and staff were very hospitable.
Would definitely recommend to friends and family .

Very small room and toilet size for my family of 5. Hardly any space for luggage or to move around. Location is great and staff friendly and helpful.

Close to the subway but the breakfast cafe is quite small that needs to split 2 time zones for guests.
