Het hotelpersoneel is erg beleefd, maar de hygiënische omgeving is erg slecht, het toilet is bevlekt 🤢, de kamer is erg vervallen en sommige zijn gerepareerd met plakband, wat heel anders is dan op de foto, maar de matras is comfortabel, maar de kamer is alsof het lange tijd leeg heeft gestaan en er niemand is ingetrokken. Het algehele gevoel is erg slecht.

Een beetje ver van het station en het huis is erg klein en er is geen roomservice
Maar de houding van de ober in de lobby is erg goed, en het Engels is ook erg standaard.Je kunt weer boeken

Its small and compact but comfortable to stay in. The toilet is slightly cramped as well.

A nice but old hotel situated near Asakasa station, but still a little walk away. From here you can get to Senso Ji temple in around 10 mins walk!
Skytree view from the room is nice!

Customer Service: The staff demonstrated a friendly demeanor throughout our stay, ensuring a pleasant experience for guests.
Cleanliness and Maintenance:3/5
Accommodations: Bed was comfortable.
Location: Senso Ji temple is around 10 mins walk and hotel is 7 min. walk from Kuramae Station.
Check-In/Check-Out: They stored our luggage with no extra charge.
Facilities: While the room is equipped with essential amenities such as a kettle, microwave, and fridge, it's imperative to address the cleanliness standards. Regrettably, the microwave was found to be notably unclean.
Attention to Detail:We appreciate the receptionist lady who brought us extra blanket when we explained them that the room was so cold even the A.C. was working long time.

Not far from Kuramae Station, great view of Tokyo Sky Tree (even only partially part of it). Staff was really helpful and friendly. Will definitely consider to stay again in my next trip.

It was clean and comfortable! Stayed here just 2 nights but we were very satisfied. The hotel provided us everything up to face cream!
