Mijn familie verbleef hier 5 dagen. De eerste 2 dagen was er een badkamer en lagen er haren op de stoel. De t****e kamer was de afgelopen drie dagen geregeld en de badkamer was ook interessant. We hadden te veel bagage, dus vroegen we de ober om te helpen een taxi te bellen. Ik vertelde de ober dat ik vier bagage had, en toen antwoordde hij dat er was geen taxi, maar we zijn naar het hotel gegaan. Er zijn taxi's beschikbaar aan de deur. 😔Ze zijn niet bereid om te helpen.

De locatie is handig voor vervoer, de kamer is erg schoon en relatief groot onder veel hotels in Tokio. Het personeel bij de receptie spreekt algemeen Engels, maar eenvoudige communicatie is geen probleem; elke dag afval ophalen is een gratis service, maar als je het bed wilt opmaken of de kamer wilt opruimen, moet je extra betalen. Er is geen ontbijt in het hotel. Het enige ontbijt dat wordt aangeboden is fastfood. Het is beter om dit in de supermarkt beneden te kopen.

They have everything in the room. The room is much bigger than other hotels in the same price range.

This hotel is in the perfect location for catching the train to explore the culture and sights of Tokyo. There are plenty of restaurants within walking distance not to mention karaoke rooms. There is a supermarket, chemist and Family part right next door. The Breakfast was very basic and the same everyday - a toasted sandwich is you opted for the non Japanese option. The room also did not include our four year old for breakfast and it wasn’t worth paying the $14 to include him. If you are looking for just a bed then this is a great choice and the apartment style room made it very spacious. Great for families.

The location was near Yotsuya railway station. The service was very good. We were trying to understand the taxi booking services and got the staff to assist with it. She offered advice and answered our questions to the best she could. The staff is called 中岛 if I got it correctly. One of the best staff services that I have encountered while traveling overseas. Will return definitely.
