Location is good. Honestly it’s a cleaner and at a better side of Shinjuku. You don’t wanna stay nearby the Godzilla where the crowd are and Dodgy ppl everywhere. The hotel has A lot of eateries and bars nearby. Just 6 mins away from the busiest train station in the world. AC is controlled by hotel so during winter they provide fans. But I ended up sleeping with the window open which is fine except for there are youngsters hanging out at night nearby the hotel so you can hear them laughing and talking. Checking in and out is a breeze.

Overall the stay was alright. Requested a room on same floor as partner but was moved a floor up. Made a complaint and the front desk upgraded me to a better room. Am very grateful for that. However, breakfast was very average and below expectation.

It was surprised that they let me early check in without extra fee. It was appreciated!!
The room is good and clean, Mystay definitely is a good choice in Shinjuku.

Hotel MyStays Shinjuku was a pleasant hotel stay in the convenient location near Shinjuku Station! There was an ichiran restaurant just 5 minutes walking distance, and the train station was only 5-10 minutes away! The hotel was clean and very new! Would come and stay again!

Really like the location of this hotel. Lots of good places to eat and close to the station too. I will stay here when I return to Japan again.

Wow, I am really impressed with this hotel!
It has a great location close to very important places in Shinjuku. You are about a 5 to 10 minute walk to the ****************** and golden gai. Also all around this restaurant are great little local bars and restaurants that can make anyone happy so you don’t need to go to the tourist spots to get great Japanese or foreign food. 10/10 for location.
The size is decent for Tokyo as most hotel rooms are small in Tokyo however, it is pretty useful if you’re just sleeping here since most of the time you’ll be out and about walking in the city. However, the room is fully equipped with everything. You need a comfortable soft bed and a good bathroom with the bathtub.
Also, the staff here is super helpful. They speak English quite well and can help you with anything you need like if you need to book tour, groups or need help to get around the city they’re very nice I would definitely recommend staying here.
Also, if you’re travelling from a far you and forgot a universal adapter don’t worry ,the hotel room is fully equipped with 2 USB slots.

Extremely small rooms. Maybe too small for 3. Nowhere to sit nor stand. However location is good
