I really love this hotel. It offers currency exchange and IC card recharge services, which is very convenient for those visiting Tokyo for the first time. If you choose the PREMIER 12th floor, you'll also have access to free coffee or tea, a small lounge, and a high-end washing machine. Remember to stay in a hotel room on the 12th floor – highly recommended for families and all sizes of groups seeking accommodation.

Arrived earlier than check in time , requested a possible earlier check in … after checking with the housekeeping depar**ent I waited for 10 mins and there was a room available for early check in but it comes with a fee . Paid
2000 yen for the early check in .
Location wise its in Ginza so its in a nice location and 2 nearby convenience stores like 7-11 and Family Mart. It’s easy to get taxi too .

The hotel is near a few local train stations and about 10 mins walk to Tokyo station. There are restaurants and 7-11, Lawson nearby the hotel which is very good and convenient. The hotel is also in walkable distance to Ginza area which have a lot of shops, restaurant and food. The staff there are friendly and polite. The only down side is the room is too small but other than all good. There is also a 2-in-1 washer cum dryer at level 1 which is good & convenient for pple who wants to wash their clothes.

京橋よりの銀座一丁目にあり、ブルガリやハリー・ウィンストンの一本後ろの通りにある。駅も近く、コンビニも多くあるエリア。部屋の冷蔵庫がほぼ冷えないのが難点。。

Really nice hotel. Rooms are small but very cozy. Location is very convenient, and there is a small supermarket downstairs. The staff even helped me to take out the small table so I had more space for my big luggage. Definitely not much space if you have a big luggage. What's the best about this hotel is, that the doors close very quietly. Also, there is a coin washer/dryer.
