Excellent location and service ! 3- min- walk to the metro station. A lot to explore in the neighborhood. Room is squeaky clean and spacious. Very cozy . Staffs have been extremely helpful . I emailed the hotel telling them I left my external charger in the room but I’ve checked out already . They responded within an hour and help me send it to the hotel i am currently staying and I got the package the next day . Impressive service !

The Aoyama Grand is situated in one of the best locations in Tokyo. Most convenient indeed. The view from our suite on the 17th floor is excellent, day and night. Comfortable bedding, perfectly firm mattress, and great sound proof. Very happy with the hotel.

住了四晚，房型246，在十九樓，房間面積還行，佈局舒適，有推拉門隔開裡外間，床和沙發偏矮，日本這邊這個高度的傢俱很多，顯空間大，高個子可能用起來不是很舒適，床我覺得OK，歐美人睡慣了軟床我看評論一片嫌床硬的，預訂時候還猶豫了半天，怕不舒服影響休息影響逛街哈哈
備品很好，大小毛巾給巨多，小方巾十塊，第一次遇見給這麼多的，而且柔軟，不是舊舊的那種。洗手液味道很好聞，植物的味道不俗。minibar全部免費而且每天續滿，我們不喝酒精飲品所以衹用了氣泡水和烏龍茶，吃了薯片。喝東西多的朋友應該很嗨皮～
早餐我們吃的少就衹去了四層的TB，選擇少衹有香蕉麪包咖啡這些，半自助的在二十層。這個酒店不大，裏面餐廳好多家，尤其四層每天都滿座
服務很好，日籍前台英文很棒，退房時候是個白人小姐姐，態度更好些。樓層服務員也不錯，幾乎一整天都能看見在打掃。
附近地鐵是銀座線外苑前站，步行距離便利店、美粧店，還有一家挺好吃的咖喱飯。走到表參道也是分分鐘。適合超級愛逛的東京達人
不足嘛就是我這間淋浴間有點反味，有一天沒關好門給我薰醒了。再一個如果在意墓景房的朋友提前跟前台説，附近是青山墓園，巨大一片，我這個房型可能衹有這側的，不是很在意就沒問。然後就是沒門僮，帶大件行李的記得從側門進，免得走台階
總體還是很推薦的

配品很全，mini bar超優秀，東西多而且全免費！衞生間有下水道味，主要是浴室。我們這個房型沒有衣帽間，在浴室裏可以掛一點點衣服，稍微有點不方便。
如果不是墓景房肯定會再來，墓園的規模比相當大了，而且周邊全是，坐出租走那真是一段路兩邊嗚嗚泱泱，全長得一二百米，衹能説震驚吧，如果選擇一定要做好心理建設

離表參道、澀谷都非常近，購物餐飲都很方便。酒店設施也很新，吧枱豐富且免費。不堵車的話到羽田機場也就半小小時不到。
前臺中文樑小姐服務非常耐心、細心，下次還會入住。

非常好的酒店，除了價格高點以外，沒有別的毛病
東京這個地方一分價錢一分貨 ，總體來説這個價位還是比較推薦這個酒店的

表参道と外苑前の中間、大通り沿いの交差点にあり大変わかりやすいビルです。レセプションも海外のホテルようなオシャレさで、親しみやすく丁寧な対応。
お部屋からは東京タワーも見れました。
ホテルのレストランも良いですが、ビルの1階に美味しいクロワッサンのあるカフェがあり、朝食を食べ損ねた時にピッタリでした。
13時チェックアウトなのでゆっくりでき、お部屋の冷蔵庫のお酒のセンスもよく飲み放題！
外苑前の銀杏並木までお散歩したり、国立競技場を見たり楽しめる。
また利用したいです。
