Hotel Livemax Shinjuku East

Geschikt voor mensen die alleen slapen maar niet goed zijn in capsules. Sommige mensen willen het omdat er een magnetron in de kamer is. Netheid moet je echt niet verwachten.

Ik bleef omdat ik populair was toen ik op zoek was naar goedkope hotels in de buurt van Shinjuku en omdat ik te laat op mijn werk was. Ik was een beetje bang voor de sfeer in de gangen en liften, en het haar dat in elke hoek van de kamer viel. (In termen van verlichting, niet in spirituele zin) Redelijke prijs!

Het personeel reageert goed Niemand in de ochtend is een beetje lastig

DON’T STAY IN THIS HOTEL, I WAS CONNED ¥9000, or 60 USD!!! They never informed me about the penalty and NEITHER was the ¥9000-worth of so-called ‘RULE’ visible at the check in counter, nor the key cards. And when I lost my key card, they suddenly charged me, they never gave me any receipts until I asked for it multiple times. This hotel is sucking money out of its customers, DON’T BOOK!

The staff from the front desk we not so cooperative. Only one nepali guy from the morning shift helped us a lot. Remaining others were not so polite and weren't even presented in the front desk when we needed them.

Very easy and convenient. Aircon was powerful. Bathroom had a bit of a funny smell.

The hotel is very small and the service is not good. The receptionist is not friendly. Thale room is not so clean with the AC sounds so loud when we activate it. Not recommend

Good for one person. Well located, quiet but close enough to the more crowded places!

The staff at the front desk were always ready to provide recommendations and assist with any queries I had regarding nearby attractions or transportation options. Another positive aspect of Livemax Shinjuku East was the reasonable pricing. It offered good value for the money, especially considering its convenient location in one of Tokyo’s most vibrant neighborhoods. Overall, my experience at Hotel Livemax Shinjuku East was highly enjoyable. It provided a comfortable stay, friendly service, and a prime location for exploring the bustling city of Tokyo. I would certainly recommend it to budget-conscious travelers looking for a cozy and convenient accommodation option in the heart of Shinjuku.
