Dicht bij het station, schoon en zonder apparatuur. Erg handig omdat er veel winkels in de buurt zijn.

All good. I'll reiterate on some points, mentiones in other reviews: 1. The location is great - right on top of two metro lines. 2. The rooms are small. So beware. Basically all the time I was in the room, I was either lying on the bed or in the shower/toilet. These two things things fit there just fine. 3. The room was clean. No smells. People wrote anout black mold - I have no clue what that is, so all good ¯\_(ツ)_/¯. 4. Sounds. The walls felt soundproof enough. But the door... The room next to mine had visitors knocking like every 15 minutes for hours every night. I'm afraid to imagine what was happening there. But every time someone came - I heard all of it. Slept like a log, though). 5. Mites, ticks or whatever other bedbugs - none. That was the scariest part from other reviews. There weren't any. We had several rooms, everyone's still alive and well.

Perfect for a few nights stay they have delicious restaurants nearby i ate at an indian place and it was so good also there is a subway entrance bus ten a one minute walk from the hotel

I loved my stay in Livemax Hotel. The location is great, there are several metro stations nearby from diffetent lines which makes it convenient to travel to various parts of city. And the neighbourhood has plenty if food places and convenience stores. The stuff is friendly and helpful. There's a laundry room with dryers on the 1st floor and one can buy detergent right there at the reception, that's convenient for me since I travel as a backpacker. Room was clean with all the necessary amenities. Definitely will stay there again and recommend this hotel. Good value for money.

日本橋商圈，樓下有許多地道的飯店、居酒屋和酒吧，列車站就在樓下，地理位置無可挑剔。房間有微波爐和冰箱，設施齊全。 基本無服務，前台很早就下班。即使上班時間也經常躲在前台後面的小房間裏。 來了日本這麼多次，第一次見到衞生這麼差的房間，如圖可見，到處都堆滿厚厚的灰塵。空調、抽風機完全不敢使用。連被子都鋪滿灰塵。在住期間衹能裝作視而不見，現在回想起實在毛骨悚然。

房間真的很細，一個26吋的行李箱打開就沒什麼位了，在廁所轉個身就會撞到，但價錢十分便宜加上房間內就有微波爐這一點十分適合買外食回酒店吃。 地理位置十分便利，酒店旁走15-30秒就是人形町地鐵站。 前台可以用英文溝通。洗衫一次收費300日圓，烘乾每半小時100日圓，可在前台買洗滌劑50日圓一包。。

幾好，位置非常方便，但係偏細，開一個gil就無位了。
