De locatie is geweldig. De kamer was erg schoon, ondanks de kleine afmetingen.

The Area is nearby the train station and have a lot of good restaurants around.

Dismissive attitude-receptionist, cockroach, bad smell, dirty amenity (Continued from the previous review, because i booked way too many rooms here) Regarding the strong smell and cockroach, we even told the receptionist (the Vietnamese girl with glasses) that if nothing could be done for what we asked for, that was fine, we would have to simply leave feedback based on our experience. She appeared completely unbothered, she did say sorry though, but unbothered. When we returned to the room, we tried turning on the air purifier to reduce the cigarette smell. Instead of improving the air quality, visible dust and particles started blowing out of the machine. It was shocking. At that point, the situation had become so absurd that all we could do was laugh - between the heavy smoke, the cockroach on the bed, and now an air purifier releasing debris into the room. With that said, a Japanese staff member, who I believe was the head of housekeeping, did come to apologize the next day, and we appreciated that gesture. By then, however, the damage to the overall experience had already been done. This review is not about nationality. I am half Vietnamese myself, and throughout our trip we received excellent hospitality in several other cities from Japanese staff. The issue here was purely about professionalism and service attitude. A front desk receptionist represents the hotel. When guests approach respectfully, especially while offering to pay for adjustments, the minimum expectation is transparency, effort, and basic courtesy. And that was unfortunately missing.

The Bed: The mattress provided the perfect level of support—neither too soft nor too firm. I woke up feeling genuinely refreshed every morning. Quiet Environment: Despite being in the center of Tokyo, the soundproofing was impressive, allowing for deep, uninterrupted sleep. The service was seamless and efficient. The check-in and check-out processes were handled with the classic Japanese hospitality and speed I’ve come to expect from the Livemax brand. The staff were polite and ensured that all my needs were met without any fuss.

Hotel is easy to find but a little bit small. Staff is nice and friendly. They can help me to solve the problem. Thank you.

Request 2 room card but rejected and asked to produced another passport to get another room card key. Girlfriend was Japanese and coming to my room without key and caused very inconvenient to my stay

only smoking room available, was told it would not be smelly, what a nightmare

it is affortable hotel and the front desk service is good.
