Located just at Shibuya JR station, enjoy the location and experience the crowd of Shibuya crossing just minutes away from Hotel, linked to Shibuya Sky too, awesome skyline.

This was my first time staying at this hotel. While the initial challenge of locating the hotel lobby may be minor, it does not significantly detract from the overall experience. The lobby design exudes an inviting and cozy ambiance, which seamlessly extends to the guest rooms. I was particularly impressed by the hotel's gesture of offering a complimentary one-hour drink for guests, demonstrating the management's commitment to valuing and appreciating their patrons. Unfortunately, due to time constraints, I regrettably could not partake in this amenity during my stay.
However, I must note that the breakfast experience was a bit disappointing. The selection was quite limited, and the restaurant closed as early as 9:45 am, which felt restrictive.

Our second time here and the hotel continues to impress. Convenient, clean, easy to access and tons of dining option in the area. One of the best hotels in Shibuya area

Room was small but it’s expected in Tokyo hotels. Free toiletries, tea and coffee that can get in the lobby of the hotel. Breakfast was ok. No daily room cleaning but it can be requested but not suggested, cleaning will be on the 3rd day of the stay and it’s upon request. Location was excellent the subway was literally an elevator away from the hotel and very close to Shibuya crossing.
