Er was geen bureau geschikt voor kantoorwerk in de logeerkamer. Jammer dat deodorant/ontsmettingsspray niet altijd voorhanden was.

Very convenient, minutes from JR Shinjuku Station and just steps away from numerous restaurants and shops surrounding the hotel. Reception is on the eighth floor, checking in and out is easy. Room is compact with small window, but clean and up to date. Loved the Godzilla displays. Enjoyed my stay, would definitely stay here again.

The service of this hotel is good. The location is excellent, with the Kabukicho Ichiban Street and the bustling area of Shinjuku in the front. Restaurants, pharmacies, tax-free shops, convenience stores and subway stations are all very close. The breakfast at the hotel is worth a try, and the check-in and check-out process is very easy.

Love the little godzilla view on the hotel. Very nice place to stay if you are planning to visit shibuya and shinjuku as the buses or train is nearby enough. Lots of places to enjoy too nearby. Great spot and great looking hotel.

To say it is in the heart of Shinjuku still does not do justice, the hotel could qualify as 'heart of Shinjuku' - a fact proven by the innumerous people you see walking down clicking the hotel, Godzilla with a smile. For a family of four (with one kid and one senior citizen), this proved to be very comfortable, saving us from small room options: a characteristic of Tokyo. All three generations in the family loved it. Will sincerely consider this again as it really lets you experience the envious vibe of Shinjuku, with comfort.
On the downside, the breakfast was not great and after trying one day, we switched to 7-11/ Lawsons meals.

Hotel location is in close proximity to shopping, food, entertainment, train and parks. Hotel is known for the famous Godzilla themed rooms and statue. Take note the statue has some special effects. Near Shinjuku Park. Was lucky enough to see some cherry blossoms. Near the train station, lots of food
choices.

This is a perfect hotel for solo travellers. The rooms are small and big enough for 1 person, which is why I think it’s great for solo travellers. The hotels provides everything you could possibly need, from phone chargers to pyjamas. I couldn’t believe how amazing the facilities were. We also had a 5.3m earthquake during my stay and I felt safe knowing that the hotel was earthquake proof (new build). I do just wish the hotel would check on guests or send a message to all guests to check in on them when these things happen.
