De locatie is erg handig, slechts 2 haltes verwijderd van het station Shinjuku, en er is een 24-uurs Familymart en 711 beneden.
Het personeel bij de receptie was vriendelijk en behulpzaam, met een professionele houding, en hielp ons in de vroege ochtend een taxi naar de luchthaven te regelen.

Great location by the Chuo park, close to the metro and JR lines. Rooms are relatively spacious for the price. Lobby and first floor are the common areas where breakfast is served buffet style. It also has a lovely bakery that appears to be popular with the locals as well as hotel guests.

Great location, really pleasant and clean rooms, but the thing that makes this such a good place to stay are the staff. All of the people are incredibly helpful and generous with their time and advice. Breakfast is also good. Will come back again next time

The staffs are friendly and easy to communicate. They always give water bottles and change the towels everyday. Overall great experience!

New and stylish. Clean and tidy with attractive price. Bit far from centre but still convenient. With a very good bakery in the hotel.

Really convenient hotel with lots of places to eat and convenience stores nearby! It is also a 5min walk to the tochomae station which was a plus as well! Room was could be a little cleaner, not sure why I kept having bites on my legs but room itself was quite ok!! 👍🏻 the bakery on the ground floor was super good as well! Laundry room was ok but the dryer really took way too long to get the clothes and it’s quite a chore to use them because there were so many other guests who wanted to use them too and the clothes were not dry 🥲 but would defo recommend this hotel for Tokyo travellers!!

Pretty hot heater inside the room because of the autumn season. So I call for the main front to give me one fan for ventilation. Pretty hot in the room

The hotel was nice, breakfast is good with fruits. Ive lost my card during trip, the front desk Ms. Kawamoto helped me connect patiently with lost and found center of the mall. Much appreciated!

Small were small but it’s normal in Japan. It took 1.5 km to Shinjuku station which was a bit far with luggages.
