Pro - Good location. Less than a 3 mins walk from Otorri Station on the Keikyu Line if you are coming from the airport. From the hotel it is about 30mins to Yokohama on the same line southwards. Airport shuttle in the morning makes it convenient for visitors who are flying off in the morning.
Cons - While we appreciate that breakfast was provided in a bento box, drinks were not included. And while it did not affect us as we were flying off in the morning, those catching a afternoon or evening flight would have to find their own way to the airport.

We arrived Haneda Airport around mid-night, so we book this hotel that near to the airport just 10min by taxi about 2000 yen, room is clean and two beds are standard size.
Hotel provides shuttle bus to the airport, but very limited seats are available. Hotel nearby has an underground that is quite convenience.
Check out at 10:00am is too early for us just arrived the Hotel at 2am in the morning, if late check out it will have additional charges, not so user friendly.
Hotel staff are very friendly and nice, hotel also provides a simple Japanese style breakfast box that taste is OK

Staff is nice and helpful, Location is good there are free shuttle transport to Haneda Airport. but the room is little bit messy there a lot of dust. The breakfast is different every day but it not very attractive.

We landed Haneda late and check in near midnight especially with our heavy luggage. The 2 staff on duty are very friendly and helpful. Hotel is overall clean and comfort and with reasonable price for our 1st night, do offer simple breakfast FOC.

I stayed here one night before the departure from Haneda airport.
The location is very good, a few minutes from the station.
I could book a shuttle service from the hotel to the airport when I checked in.
It was so nice I can have a ride from the hotel entrance to the departure level of the terminal.
It would be a lot harder if I have to wheel a big suitcase myself.
Also I really liked that they gave me a packed breakfast with rice balls, fried chicken, salad etc.
After I checked in at the airport, I had my breakfast.
I will definitely use this hotel again.
