The hotel was really nice and had a lounge with snacks, drinks and a nice place to hangout and also free sake tasting! There's some amenities in the lobby too! The staff are fluent in English as well. Fantastic experience, the room is a little small for 3 pax but it is comfortable and not too claustrophobic. Overall good experience!

Very convenient hotel right on Yaesu entrance of Tokyo station. The rooms are new and like mini apartments. When the price is low it’s a bargain… unfortunately they tend to be quite high because of demand. The staff was very kind and even retrieved our lost bag. I will book this place again. (Be aware that most rooms have windows giving straight onto a concrete wall.)

Located within walking distance to Tokyo station. Relatively clean and new. Connecting room works well.

Location is great and near the Tokyo station, just a short walk from the Yeasu Central exit.
Breakfast spread (western buffet style) was not extensive but simple and good enough for a quick meal. They also offer complimentary drinks and snacks for free between 1pm to 10pm.
We had a family of 5 travelling together and the room was large enough to accommodate us and our luggage comfortably.

Good size room by Japan standards with large beds. Room clean and simple. Staff friendly. Great location close to Tokyo station.

Close to Tokyo Station and Pokemon Cafe. Loved the complimentary food and drinks on the second floor, nice area to chill and eat your takeaways too!

Best hotel in tokyo city, room not small, facility completed, reception can speak english. Recommended.
