酒店地區，十分遙遠，房間整潔空間足夠，但是洗澡水力一般，溫泉地方很少，隔音比較差，全晚都聽到水流聲音，希望隔音有待改善

昔のホテルを綺麗に改装？したんだと思います。綺麗です。駅も比較的近い。
良い点
・駐車場が無料
・朝食が無料(某〜横ホテルとは格が違います)
・廊下が広い
改善点)
・洗面台の天井が低すぎて立ってドライヤーをするとドライヤーが天井にあたり上手く髪型がセットできません。
・シャワーベッドを替えたのでしょうが壁掛けとあっておらず、床に対し垂直にしかかけれません。シャンプーを洗い流すのに苦労します。

こちらは、徳島駅から徒歩4分くらいにあるホテルです。 ホテルは普通に綺麗です。 チェックインのため2 階のフロントへ‥‥フロントは普通に良い対応でした。 カードキーと朝食券をいただき、部屋へ。 シングルで予約しましたが、ツインルームの普通の広さで、バス・トイレも普通でアメニティーと部屋内の付帯設備も普通で、スリッパは使い捨です。 ベッドも普通で、寝間着はガウン、枕は普通に良かったです。 朝食はかなりの和洋の品数で、徳島名産の料理も何品かあり、美味しくいただきました。（ここの朝食会場はアグネスホテルの宿泊者も利用します） 駅近、便利、静か、綺麗なホテルでした。

ネットで予約をし、予約確認のメールも受信していましたが、ホテルのフロントのパソコンには反映されていませんでした。スタッフの迅速、丁寧な対応で支障なく泊まる事ができました。

テレビの位置が良くなかったのと、小さな机か最低でもベッドサイドにボードが欲しい。
