We stayed there for one night and it was a good experience, good hotel near to temple. We did't tried the restaurant thought, there are lot options near by. Like ab etc. Clean room, well managed staff, temple few rooms

Property is good, if they focus bit on customer service that might not allow any customer to give excellent rating, during our stay observed that key staff but was not attentive.

It's really fantastic except there breakfast ideology. We have taken breakfast as complimentary. They only serve south indian dishes as breakfast. Why? you can't force anyone to take your local food mandatory ly. There are also fruit on the table nad as that table was almost empty i have asked to serve fruit, but they told me fruit is finished, this is very shameful reply from property like you and this happen 2 days in a row, this shows this is the habit of your hotel group. You are given us breakfast as complimentary but you are included that charge in the price, so you can't force me to take breakfast as your wish, i am paying so i have the right to ask for breakfast as my choice otherwise location is prime, food quality is also good, staff are very friendly.

This hotel in very nearby tirumala hills and very good of cleaning and very nearby other important temple's food quality is normal and food rates is high

Great location, decent amenities, and just about good facilities. An always leaking wc, non functional exhaust fan, temperature locked ac, left us with too many things to adjust

Air conditioning is not working several times complaining but no one responding face the full humidity in the room entire night same day raise the issue in mm t app also but no use

I would recommend this hotel highly as the location is great and their rooms are pretty big with all the possible amenities.
