First of all, we got the confirmation from ******* a couple of times by email, even the day before our stay, but when we get there, we were told that the place is under partial renovation and there are no rooms available for us! We were shocked to hear that and showed the ***ager the ******* confirmation email, but he told us to go to another hotel within a few kilometres even though he was able to find our booking. When we reached there, they told us to pay another 500 INR for the extra bed even though our booking was for 3 adults. This hotel didn’t have breakfast or toilet tissues or good service. We wasted almost 2 hours in moving one hotel to another and resolving the issues, ended up being late for all our appoin**ents and missed a few things too.
If the rooms are not available, why are they advertising on *******? This listing should be removed by ******* now until they complete the renovations and keep their commi**ents. Please stay away and don’t book with them at all!
