The food was good and the room was nice. The surroundings looks beautiful as well. I enjoyed watching Tv when I got on the bed it was so nice from the outside it was a good view even from the room it was all nice I would love to stay here again I stayed for 1day

We were a party of 4 staying in two adjacent rooms for a day. The main reason for selecting this venue was proximity to Sri rangam temple which is often visited early in the morning this month. To our great unpleasant surprise the water was mot turning hot between 4-4:30 am. This is even after running the water for 10 minutes to see if it would gradually improve. Ended up taking shower with cold water since we had to leave by 5 am. Complained at the front desk and the lady apologized and said the hot water will turn on only after 4:30 am which I found to be skeptical. Even if that were true should they not turn the boilers on much earlier, since they should know visitors need to leave early for the Darshan? It should infact be 24 hrs hot water supply like in other places., for the kind of money they are charging.

Very impolite staffs. The front office receptionist is the only contact to the entire hotel. And she is the rudest person. There is no contact of GM or query contact. I was following up for a change in detail in the invoice because of a mistake they have done. The receptionist is irresponsive and the accountant Valliyappan is very rude.

Reached late at night... Quick easy check in.. Well maintained rooms... Quick,fuss free service.. Good breakfast... Always helpful reception staff A good place to stay with easy acess to key locales in the town

Avoid this hotel at all costs. This would have to be the most filthy, disgusting hotel we have stayed in on our trip around Southern India. There was rubbish on the floor (not ours) filthy walls and floors, no toilet paper, stained sheets, air conditioning not working and a mouldy bathroom. This hotel is located on a freeway surrounded by rubbish. Whilst waiting for our room I checked out the visitors book which had some less than favourable reviews. We were told that we couldn’t access the restaurant but would have to order room service.I am sorry to have to give this hotel any type of rating as we checked out not long after arriving to the immaculately clean and hospitable Marriott. We showed the staff on reception the photos of the room conditions and they did offer another room. Even the best room in this hotel would be our worst nightmare. Shame on On The Go Tours for booking this hotel for us.

Very nice hotel. Good Staff. Food is also very tasty and of correct quantity & price. Usually the hotels have high rate and excess qty for single visitors. This hotel i found the rates good & quantity adequate for consumption. Morning breakfast also nice, plenty of options to choose, IDLI, DOSA, POHA, Sauteed vegetables ets. Including Juices & Breads & Cakes. You can also have Eggs, Masala Dosa if you want to.. again visiting will stay in this hotel only.

Very good clean rooms. Courteous staff. Value for money. Located close to highway and airport. Would recommend this hotel for transiting passengers to Vellankani reaching Trichy airport. The restaurant is very popular - stick to regular fare. The Barbecue chicken is great. The cashew based paya is terrible. Liver fry too is terrible- avoid. Parking is an issue in the evening. Restaurant shuts down at 10.45pm which is a limitation for room service.

It was an amazing experience stay there. Great hospitality and very humble and friendly staffs. Absolutely clean rooms and very accommodative to all our needs and assistance. Very easy access to great chettinad foods. They also have a good spread for breakfast buffet.
